The customer service is lacking and could use significant improvement. I’ve visited two different locations in the Salt Lake area and I’ve never felt valued as a customer. If you enjoy being treated as an annoyance to the staff, then Fedex printing is the place to go. I’ll be taking my printing/​projects elsewhere moving forward.

1.00 per page to scan to a flash drive but .13 cents per page to use the same machine to print? Insane people, It isn’t 1999 anymore. UPS store around the corner is still outrageous at .25 per page to scan but it’s better. The UPS store is .05 per copy and FYI UPS is less expensive typically to ship with and every bit a good…
When I brought up I thought the pricing was backwards I was told «that’s how it’s been for the 9 years I worked here» and people looked at me like I was crazy… It’s time to review the prices, technology is a changin kids…
