Rich was excellent in every way. He showed up on time, was dressed cleanly, put on booties over his shoes and proceeded to our furnace. I watched as he did an extremely thorough inspection of the entire unit. He fixed the problem, created the invoice and left. This company is well worth its solid reputation.
