Dion and his installation team provided prompt and in depth information about the different possibilities for replacing my twenty year old furnace. I was offered complete details about what furnace efficiency levels each option would deliver, the comparative prices, sizes, and availability. I had not been given such complete information from other HVAC bidders.
I was amazed at how many different factors should be considered when purchasing a new furnace. With Dion, I felt assured that I had been provided sufficient details to be an informed consumer. I have a written warranty and will feel that they will make good on future service, when it should be required. I also had Jones replace my air conditioner. Good service and fair pricing.

I called on a cold, clear winter morning after fighting with an intermittent furnace issue for a few days. 30 minutes later, Jeff came to save the day. He took one look at the broken furnace and knew exactly what the problem was. He then fixed my furnace in an extremely timely fashion, was polite, and provided good conversation while working. Timely, well-​priced, competent, and polite. I would recommend to anyone.

Really great service.
I called at 11:05 a.m. today because my a/​c unit quit working while I was at work yesterday (I came home to a 90-​degree house). It’s 12:15 p.m. as I write this on a Saturday, and in the last 1 hour and 10 minutes, Jeff answered my call, came to my house, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and showed me how to keep my foils clean. All in about an hour, and for less than I thought it would cost.
I’m very pleased, and Jeff was great. A++
