I called cmc to see if they would come look at and repair a central air unit that had stopped working. The technician was 2 hours later than the time window they gave, didn’t perform any service other than saying it was likely the fan motor and compressor, and that it would be cheaper to just buy a whole new unit (which was an incorrect assumption, it ended up just being a bad capacitor). Then they had the gall to charge $ 96 for this «service». After posting an online review I received harassing phone calls from Bill. This is a dishonest company with bad service.
