Suuuper nice people!!! We were mind ride when we had a shifter problem… Stopped in and the mechanic was able to fix the shifter quickly and we finished our ride! The guy was very friendly and didn’t even charge us! I will be bringing my bike back there for a tune!

If you’re in the market for a road bike, mountain bike or any clothes or components/​accessories, go in and see Mike. He is absolutely amazing! He takes the time with you that is needed and answers all your questions. He is so friendly and genuine and cares that you get everything you’re looking for. I will continue to purchase from here just because of his knowledge and customer service! Such a great experience! During the bike fitting, he gives you all the tips and tricks that you need to be comfortable on your bike. Id say that was the best customer service I’ve ever received probably ever!

Bad customer service. Bad mechanics. Good bikes but the staff is soo bad I don’t see how they stay in business. I’ve had very poor work performed on my bike, been lied to by employees, charged twice for the same product. Absolute horrible bike shop. With so many bike shops in SLC I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere

I have been there twice so far and both times they have been extremely helpful. The first time was when I broke my water bottle cage while out on a ride, I needed a new one quickly, I happened to be right there, I went in and found what I needed, bought it and they even offered to install it for me which I graciously accepted. Went back a second time to find a matching bottle cage, they didn’t have any more but they checked to make sure that they were getting more in, I’ll be going up this week to get another bottle cage.
