Matt is incredibly organized and responsive, which can be hard to come by in the AV world. However, we chose not to go with him because he wanted to play well outside the budget in the 5x range. He is an audiophile, so feels the need for everyone to have $ 20,000 speaker systems. He couldn’t seem to understand we were just interested in a new remote and slight upgrades. Great guy though. I would recommend for new expensive projects, not for upgrades or smaller projects.
