The condos are individually owned and styled, but the ones I have seen are all very nice(granite countertops, etc). There are also many amenities(racketball courts, pool, hot tubs on the roof, etc). I’ve been underwhelmed by the security guards and their helpfulness, but I don’t live there so they don’t owe me anything and they seem to do their job well enough. Location is fantastic. The common areas can be a bit heavy and stuffy, but this is a nice and secure building in downtown Salt Lake, so it’s worth the trade offs.
