Starbucks

The only person I will have make my drinks is a shift lead at this store named Michael. He is friendly and gets the job done! They drinks always come out right when he makes them.

This location is terrible, the service is fine, but they can’t seem to make coffee or tea that tastes right!

Service is hit or miss, coffee okay. Seating is alright but could be better. Location, however, isn’t too bad, right by center and Lancaster.

Horrible… My coffee tasted like a kids drink (in other words no coffee in it) BEYOOOND sweet. I don’t like to complain, so I just wasn’t going to drink it, but someone else brought it back for me. First off when they were told what was wrong with the drink they got a huge attitude. Then when they remade it and put it up to the counter they gave a huge attitude and were very condesending about it and it still tasted like nothing but sugar. Starbucks coffee has a distinct taste, you know when you’r drinking coffee… This drink honestly tasted like there was not an ounce of coffee in it, which is frustrating in general. But the fact that they were so incredibly rude made it even worse. If they had been sweet or even a little apologetic I wouldn’t have been so upset, but they were horribly snobby like they couldn’t have possibly done anything wrong, and very rude. I didn’t even say anything with the second drink, I just ended up tossing it and completely wasting my money due to their lack of attention to detail (like not forgetting the coffee) and customer service… I work in customer service so I try to be nice to others who do, and I also expect decent service from them. Their lack of understanding customer service on even a small level was very disappointing.

I go to this Starbucks shop often. Yeah it’s alil loud, and ghetto because the furniture is scratched and the tables are carved on. They don’t even clean or tidy up the room, last time I was there the table in the corner had a bunch of plastic and paper cups from that same Starbucks. It’s not that loud and private because its in a mall. Other than that it’s a good place if you just want to get some coffee and just take a walk thru the mall. Not the best place for a quiet environment but the service and kindness from the employees do make it worthwhile.

This particular Starbucks is hit-​and-​miss. Some of the baristas are great, others look at you like you’re speaking some foreign language when you order an iced coffee with half-​and-​half and two pumps of classic.

Its a nice Starbucks I say 5 star to the staff and drink but the mall sucks. They need to fix things and make this a little more pleasing to the people that want to sit and chat.

I have to agree with Kyle, it’s a mall Starbucks. Get your drink and move on.

This is the Lancaster Mall location — and this Starbucks is at the main east entrance to the mall. The area from which you order and pick up your drinks is in the mall itself, and if you want to drink on site, the chairs and tables have their own little «interior» section. Basically, since it is a mall location — its very busy — and its not intimate.
