Best place in town to get you a 911. Quick service at this location. The parking lot makes it a bit odd to get to sometimes in heavy traffic, but well worth it!

This place is the best! I look forward to coming here every time I come to Oregon. Even though the wait is long, the customer service is the best you’ll find. I’ve had the workers come out to the car to take my order and get started on it so that it’s ready by the time I get to the window. One time they gave me a free drink because I told them I was from Washington and they wanted to make sure that I had a good experience. I love their friendliness and fun vibe!

I literally come to this DB location every day. Their customer service is always on point. As soon as lines start building up, they make sure to have someone out there taking orders from car windows to minimize wait times. They drinks are fantastic and inexspensive. If you are big on coffee, you may find some of their drinks are a bit on the sweet side, but they are always willing to accommodate! I once requested a vanilla bean mocha that they had never heard of before, and they made it right away with no complaints.(my boyfriend got one at Java once and confused it for Dutch) This is definitely my favorite location – due to the always friendly and personable staff and cleanliness!

My girlfriend loves Dutch coffee. This location provides it. They don’t screw up the order. All in all they do a good job, but the last four times we have come through for coffee they have screwed up the total and not in our favor. So we have had to overpay on four orders that could have bought two more beverages in the future. We didn’t catch it til we got home and it was too late. If you go here check your total so you don’t get overcharged, but definitely enjoy the coffee. It’s fucking delicious.

Exceptional customer service, I must say! Walked up and was greeted immediately by two busy employees helping out a customer. Then, was greeted by a third employee who walked up to us making small talk. All three employees were so nice. I wish I would have asked for all their names to give them some recognition, but I forgot to ask. I will definitely be going back. This Dutch Bros. is top-notch!

Great coffee! But slightly annoying staff. Maybe turn down your music so you can hear my order!

Long wait but the beverages we ordered, drip and chai latte, were good and our barista was very pleasant. Note that this is a drive thru stand, not a sit down coffee place.

I’ve only had two types of drinks at Dutch Bros., one is an iced quad Caramelizer which they all pronounce wrong, well, everyone in Oregon pronounces this word wrong. It’s Carah-Mel-eye-zer, not Carmul-eye-zer. Heaving exasperated sigh. And the other is an ER911. If you have already had any other form of caffeine do not order the ER911. My bestie said I looked like a crackhead after I drank it which I thought was really mean because I hand scrubbed her tile floor and vacuumed her carpet and she doesn’t even have a vacuum. Anyway, their coffee is very good, no bitter aftertaste like Starbucks(I still love SB), and best of all are the coffee artisans who really are fun to talk to. After two years of patronizing this location I have never met a Dutch Brosian I didn’t like!

Oh my where do I even start? Well when I first moved to Salem they gave me a free coffee! Second of all the prices are very cheap! Usually I pay about $ 5 for a white mocha and here I only payed 3.50 or so! The second time I went there I talked to the guy while he made me my coffee ! I told him about my upcoming Torino to Hawaii, he was super nice! About a month or two later I came back, and he recognized me and asked how Hawaii was! And was like oh your hair got lighter and stuff and it made me feel special in a way! They are always super nice and enthusiastic there! Never ever have I had bad service there! Keep up the good work:)

I did it, I found the seediest Dutch Bros in existence. The dude that made my coffee: spacier than astronauts and eyes as baggy as JNCO jeans. There was a meth addict lately excitedly asking for him at the other window. I could’ve ignored these things had the coffee(a white chocolate mocha) not tasted like something out of a gas station automated cappuccino maker. I’m not even sure how they managed to make it taste that bad; as if it was sweetened by ethylene glycol(antifreeze). It had been a while since I drank DB, so maybe my taste buds have just evolved, idk. No thank you!

Nothing says, «Welcome to Salem» like a FREE iced white mocha Annihilator. Emphasis on the free. 5 stars? The rarity of this with my usual reviews says something… I rarely ask an employee to «whisk something up» for me because I often get disappointed since people tend to over due it with the«sugar on top» and I end up tasting the excess instead of the«creation». However, I was taken aback. Not only was it delicious BUT the service was superb. Just told the guy that it was my first time in Salem(Oregon in general) and he welcomed me with a «It’s on the house» followed by a warm handshake. Never came across employees this nice. And this is coming from a gal who’s worked years of retail in the past. Service here is genuine, kind and they just want you to enjoy your coffee to the fullest. Not going to lie, thought this place was a «Pep Boys» tire shop when I saw a friend check in here several times on Places via Facebook. It was then that I realized it was a hand sized type of drive thru beverage venue which is spread throughout Oregon(? anywhere else besides San Francisco/CA) where they specialize in iced coffee and other blended drinks. I tried: –Iced, White Mocha Annihilator(Free) and it was absolutely divine. Totally won me over especially since it was a recommendation from the nice employee. Usually like my coffee really strong(as in add a pinch of 1% milk and that’s it) but this was an exception. Despite the generous amount of cream/overall sweetness… it was a delicious surprise. –Iced, Emergency/911: This guy is KILLER. Irish cream with 6 shots of espresso? Was stuck in the car with 4 other people and was wired within the next five minutes. Definitely one that’ll keep you all night. Strong, bold yet sweet enough. Try both, friend of mine likes the $ 2.50 Kicker and heard it was pretty good. If you’re ever in Salem, Oregon make sure to hit this one up and that Kathleen from San Francisco sent her love via Unilocal. Took a sip of the Bride’s(Lauren’s) smoothie and it was a nice blend of fruits, the flavors didn’t clash awkwardly at all. Took a sip of the Groom’s(Matt’s) Iced tea and it wasn’t sweet not was it bland. Just right and just refreshing. Wishing we had Dutch Bros in San Francisco/CA in general. It dominates Starbucks any day. Customer service and quality wise.

My favorite drive thru coffee is this Dutch Brothers. From the great coffee and other drinks to the awesome staff they always have, this is a great place to swing through. So if you want an amazing drink, go by Dutch Brothers.

After leaving the mediocre McDonalds across the street, we needed something to settle our stomachs and headed straight for the Starbucks drive-thru. We pull into the driveway and around the corner to see a LONG line and head straight back out the driveway to give their next door neighbor a try. So glad we did. There were two cars ahead of us and it was taking a bit to get to the window so of course we expected it was from poor service. Little did we know that the two people working the window were just funny as hell and people were reluctant to leave the window even after getting their order. I’ve never laughed so much while getting coffee before. A healthy tip, a couple of candy canes and few cold beers from the cooler showed our early morning appreciation to these hard-working and funny kids. Thanks for making the start to our day so awesome! See you the next time I pass through town.
