I love this place. Best pedicure I’ve gotten in Salem(twice now) for a very decent price($ 25). They have you sign in(which is the law). Its one of the only places I’ve been to that follow that law. They do a wonderful job with the painting, I never see any polish marks on my skin, they always get close to the edge, and always lots of colors to pick from. I asked them to scrub extra because I walk around barefoot and my feet are extra dry so she offered to shave the dry skin off. Which I feel like was awesome(gross but awesome) again, never been offered that. They appear to be very clean, they are very considerate(asking if the water temp is ok). Best of all when they are working at your toes they don’t poke, stab, cut or make you bleed like I’ve experienced other places.

My feet were in pretty bad shape, so I stopped here in the hopes that I would walk out with smooth, pretty piggies. The guy doing my pedicure barely scrubbed, leaving me with callouses and hangnails. I paid $ 25 for something I could’ve done better myself. Won’t be back there.

My grandmother and I tried Salon Nails despite the reviews and were very pleasantly surprised. The salon was clean, the employees were friendly, the massage chairs are quite comfy, and our pedicures turned out beautiful. Oh, and the prices are reasonable! I’ll be back.

I am so upset right now. I just got my nails done here TODAY and already a huge chunk has broken off(I was just buckling my seatbelt when it cracked off). I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. The sad part is that it’s not even cheap! For my Solar Nails it cost 45 $ and I found countless other places that do a much better job and have a nicer atmosphere than this place! Dust everywhere, tables are dirty and it’s just plain gross! The nail technician didn’t even look at the picture of what I wanted that I had on my phone. I’m so upset, now I have horrid cheap looking nails and they HURT! That’s another thing, my nails are so incredibly sore the pain is unbearable! Never going back, and should have never gone.

Dirty, unfriendly and poor work. There is a fairly large gap between my acrylic and my real nail on almost every finger. As soon as I have the money I will be going somewhere else to have the problem fixed. Very disappointed. I had been to this salon a couple times before and never had a «good» experience, but this time was nothing but bad. The owner should not be doing nails! He delivers horrible customer service and did a shoddy job. Not to mention, my husband saw his young daughter walk down to the video poker place a couple businesses down just to get him to come do my nails and even then I waited another 10 – 15 minutes for him to finally get there.

Traumatizing experience, to say the least. I had my nails done here about 3 weeks ago. Every thing was great, I was relaxed and pleased with my service and the person doing it. I went in on a friend’s recommendation. Had a pedicure too and although it looked great, the polish chipped 2 weeks later. I was about a week/week and a half overdue to get into get my fill today. I walked in and picked out my polish. This time I had the owner Steve. Sat down to his dirty table and he didn’t even greet me. He just picked up his drill and went to town. EVERY Single Damn NAIL — he either hurt(too much pressure and it causes heat on the natural nail) or cut me. He also used the drill deeply to remove some yellowing, which I know is a no-no. Finally on my last nail, he cut me so badly I pulled my hand back and cursed– and bled. Then the phone rang. He proceeded to quote prices. At this point, I was done. I picked up my things, waited for him to finish his phone conversation. Asked him how much I owed him for the torture filing. «Nothing. You not happy. You too sensitive.» Hell, I still gave him a dollar. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?! Sensitive? No, you just suck at using a drill, obviously, Steve. I looked forward to being pampered all week and this is what I get? Cuts and burns, blood and ATTITUDE? Won’t be back. Nope, nope, nope. Eff that.
