Picking out now mattress with Mom. The sales rep Ed Nalley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mom is quite happy. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. When I am ready to upgrade my own mattress I will be looking for Ed Nalley.

Great service in the store! Would have given 5 stars except the mattress was delivered 30 minutes late. When they give you a 2 hour window and still don’t show up on time, that’s a little annoying. Also would have appreciated knowing at time of puchase that the mattress cover (Protect-​A-​Bed) needed to be washed before use.
I haven’t yet slept on the mattress, but I expect it to be just fine. In the rare case it isn’t, I’ll make sure to update this review!
