Horrible place. I have gone there often as it was the closest to where I live. Done with this place I will drive out of my way now to avoid this place. Ordered a iced coffee regular, I basically got sugared ice milk.
In the past I have gotten a sandwich where the roll was break your teeth hard.
And the service… the drive through window cashier is the worst! Barely talks to you and when she does it is in a condescending manner.
To wrap up… horrible service, wrong orders, inedible food.
If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. Cashier was extremely rude and did not say one word to us when handing us our food, just gave it to us and shut the window. Awful service.
