Just to be clear, this is for the Dunkin’ Donuts nearest to Staples. The review:
Not great and awful experiences within a week. First time, the manager was working didn’t respond to my hello, didn’t ask to take my order, so I just ordered. Okay, I thought, maybe she wasn’t having the best day. Second time, I was on my way to visit a relative in the hospital who wanted her coffee a specific way and the young woman working there first, in front of me, told the person who was fixing the coffee that she had an odd order and then called the order «awkward.»
There are simply too many other places, including other Dunkin’ Donuts, nearby to justify patronizing this business. I will not be returning.

Just when I thought it could only get better… it didn’t. I’ve made a few visits to this location now and I am constantly amazed at the lack of professionalism among the employees. Each employee (and there have been at least 3 or 4) seems miserable and cannot even manage a «fake smile» when greeting a customer.
There are at least 2 other Dunkin Donuts in a half mile radius of this location. Do yourself a favor and give the business to someone who cares.
