Yesterday, my friend and I stopped in for a snack. We had a few coupons to burn and we were waiting for his tires to get replaced and this DD happened to be down the street from Goodyear. First my friend used his coupon to get a breakfast sandwich. The cashier insisted that the picture on the coupon was what the coupon was for, when the wording of the coupon stated that it was a dollar off ANY breakfast sandwich. I politely pointed this out to her and got a dirty look for my trouble. Then my turn came to order. I used a coupon for the tomato and cheese bagel(Which was not worth the 99 cents, but that’s a company issue and not necessarily a problem related to the store itself) and another coupon for a Dark Roast coffee. I had to point out twice that the cashier made the mistake of not putting both coupons in. Then I waited for my order. The coffee came out, but it wasn’t until the manager asked me if I was waiting for something that the tomato bagel had even gone into the oven. His quick action was what got this review an extra star.

I tried Duncan Donut for the first time today. I tasted strawberry jelly, old fashioned cake, and blueberry. For me, Tim Horton, Shiply’s, and Crispy Kream tasted much better.

Witnessed the staff making fun of a transgender woman right in front of her. 2 customers told them how rude they were and one spoke to the manager about it. The manager didnt seem to care. I think they all need diversity training. I will never go back here again.

I have to admit to being a bit surprised that Baskin Robbins is still around these days, what with the proliferation of the«roll your own» ice cream shops, where you get to select the base and then add whatever you like to create your own flavors. But I suppose there’s room for just about anything. After all, not every town can support every shop. We didn’t actually have any ice cream directly, but we did have a couple of drinks — a smoothie and a shake — and one(the shake) was too thin and one(the smoothie) was too thick. At least the flavors were good.
