It’s crowded with workers but no one stops to ask if you need help. You have to hunt them down and when you do they are no where to be seen. I would either go to a different location or make the drive to your closet Home Depot.

I have ALWAYS had superior service at this Lowe’s location. Whenever I have had to return an item of have had a question they have been right there to respond. The knowledge of the sales force is incredible and I have made several purchases based on their recommendations, they’ve never disappointed me. Customer service is the best by far! Delivery and installation people are courteous and very professional. I will continue to do business with this store for as long as they keep up the good work. Really great crew!

In the past I have shopped a number of different home improvement or hardware stores — both ‘big box’ and ‘mom-​and-​pop’ and in general the service has been better at the smaller hardware stores, while the selection is better at the big box places. Since moving to Saint Robert, my options have been a little more limited. I’ve been to Lowes several times and the last few times I have been very impressed with the knowledge of the persons working there. They are always helpful, but now they are also knowledgeable — I’ve gotten great answers and solutions from the paint department, the lumber department, tools, and customer service is on the ball when it comes to returns and online order fulfillment.
