An eyesore from the outside but nice décor on the inside. Very homey, especially the cute old lady that serves you. reminds me of my grandma and her home cooking. Great food, inexpensive and really quick. All very quality essential dishes you would expect at a Thai joint. My general policy is order the most typical dish. If they get that right, it should be ok. I had the Pad Thai, Thai iced coffee and spring rolls.

One of St Petersburg’s local gems. I eat here every couple of weeks and The food is always great. Just a quick note, The kitchen and staff can get overwhelmed on a busy lunch service, so plan a little extra time.

ok, we are thai food crazy and have tried them all on both sides of the bay. Never new saint pete had such a classy thai place. quiet, elegant (but in a strip mall…) and the food is terrifc. cleanest and nicest ambiance of any thai place on this side of the bay. not only was the foo terrifc and the curry great and flavorful but the owners (a mom and pop deal, head waitress is lady owner, head cook is gent owner) are terrifically nice genuine people. this is my new favortie place.

The service is awesome, and they remember their regulars. The food is quite good & reasonable, but the portions are kind of small. I recommend you add fresh spring rolls to your meal (they’re phenomenal).

I don’t know what that one person was talking about last month when they said it was pricey for portion size. My meal fed me dinner and then again for lunch! (and I shared the leftovers with my girlfriend!)
My husband and I had fresh spring rolls, the traditional salad (that was a meal in itself!) for appetizers. Entrees, we had Pad Thai and Panang Curry. The Curry was delish. My husband said it was one of the best pad thais he ever had.
The only bad point was the unsweetened ice tea which tasted like it had been in the tin for days. yuck.
Staff was very friendly. We will be back to try more! Thanks Thai Kitchen!

My brother and his girlfriend absolutely love this place, so they decided to take me to try it out when I was visiting. I really enjoyed everything I had here. My default Thai dish is Pad See Eew with tofu… so of course I had to try that out here! I was not disappointed. I also got to try the Red Curry dish, which was pretty good, but I wish the sauce was a little thicker or something… I felt like so much went to waste at the end of the meal! I also was able to enjoy the hot and sour soup as well as the crab rangoon.

Went to this place based on reviews — Unilocal YOU DID ME WRONG! lol…
This place was super disappointing. Green Curry was passable and good enough, but I have had waaay better (for example at Rachada downtown, but then again the last few times we went there the smell of urine or sewage turned our stomachs and our feet, right out the door).
The Pad Thai was the sore point: had strong cooking oil and burnt egg notes in it, ruining what light flavor was underneath it. Not horrible, but not acceptable.
Unilocal suggested the Thai Tea was excellent — I warrant, it was perfectly average. Again — have had way better.
We won’t be back.

I picked this place to have lunch with my girlfriend, after seeing all the positive reviews.
The bottom line is this place is definitely not as good as people say.

Service is not bad, but the food is just below average. The eggroll and soup they give you are just blah and I would prefer not having them even tho they come with the lunch menu. The curry I had was so mediocre too.
The price is definitely cheap but that goes with their quality. I have tried so many Thai restaurants all over the place and this place could not fool me.

Been here 3 times so far, each visit has been excellent. Everything I’ve ordered has been great. The wonton soup is the best I’ve ever had. Tried the Thai fried rice for the first time tonight, it’s so much better than chinese fried rice. It wasn’t overly-​greasy or overloaded with soy sauce. Service is very attentive and friendly. They are the masters of yummy sauces!

Delicious! I went purely from the reccomendation of other Unilocalers. I had the Geang Jued Puk soup to start. Very flavorful. I had the Pad Kee Mao for my entrée. It was a large portion and had good spice. The restaurant was busy for a weeknight and it took a while for our entrees to come to the table, but it was worth the wait. The staff was also very friendly. I would visit here again.

Just went tonight for the first time solely based on the feedback on here. Thanks Unilocal!Food was AMAZING. Had the Pad See-​Ew Chicken and some dumplings based on the recommendation of our server… who coincidentally reminded my thai friend of her grandmother lol.
Definitely will be going back!

Fresh and flavorful Thai, and not overly heavy (as most Thai catering to the American palette tends to be). I have not been for dinner, but I’ve been a few times for lunch. The lunch specials are very well priced and perfectly portioned. The older woman who works the lunch shift makes me feel like I have a thai aunt or grandma who just wants to stuff me full of goodies! I love going here and can’t wait to return.

Ive eaten thai all throughout florida, but this is one of the best! I have been there for lunch twice, both times the meal was amazing, and the service is comparable to having your family take care of you! A MUST at least once a week for lunch for me. Get the red curry chicken!

A PERFECT TEN! If you want the best Thai food in the area and the atmosphere to match, this is the place for you. From the moment you step in the door, you will be treated like family. This place is full of warm smiles and wonderful people. They have the creamiest coconut milk curries anywhere – made as spicy as you like it. Or try the Pad Thai, Pad Woon Sen or the duck – all excellent. My husband and I have been to Thailand and this is equal to the best meals we had there.
