10 people waiting for their drinks. 4 people on staff. One taking orders. Two trying to look busy and ONE actually making the drinks. So here we all stand.

My husband went here 3 days in a row while we were visiting my brother. He needed his coffee I guess. I only needed it twice which makes me less of an addict I guess. This location is fairly big and although we didn’t stick around to drink our coffee they did have a nice area for working or studying or whatnot.
Our service was quick both days we were there. Although it was a long holiday weekend so there wasn’t much work rush or anything.

This is the closest Starbucks to my office so I am here frequently. As previous reviews said — parking can be tricky at peak times (8am before-​work rush, and around lunch time), but I’ve never been unable to find a parking space.
The staff is typically pretty friendly, but sometimes they ignore you and talk with one another. I can’t deduct from my rating due to this though because poor customer service is a growing issue across many different companies/​locations.
My main reason for the great rating is that I’ve never had an issue with my order here (Venti Earl Grey Tea Latte w/​Soy Milk). It’s surprising how many Starbucks locations make this drink incorrectly. I will continue visiting this location so long as the staff continues to make my drink spot on!

I frequent this Starbucks, as it is in a particularly convenient location and I am always in need of caffeine.
The coffee here is good– I usually just get a dark roast, black– but it is never burnt and always delicious. When I do get espresso drinks (maybe once weekly) they’re always well made and even when I once ordered a vanilla latte that tasted not so much like vanilla, they re-​made it for me without a second thought.
The baristas at this location are friendly, kind, and fast. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of them.
It’s just a Starbucks, like any other, but the coffee rocks and the staff is efficient. It’s a good one.

I enjoyed with Starbucks and it was clean and had the dark roast coffee ready to go. I got the big boy and it did not last long. I am a fan of Starbucks and their culture. I have no complaints and it was a good trip and I will return to get my stars fo sho.

There nothing at all wrong with this Starbucks. It’s staffed by mostly-​friendly young people who are nice enough to serve my coffee with a slightly-​forced smile, and that’s all I ask. The coffee itself, I’ve found, is consistently good compared to the other Starbucks locations in Eagan.

This is so by far the worst Starbucks I have been to it isn’t even close. Was «helped» by rude staff on a busy afternoon. They screwed up my order, and never an apology, as if somehow I was responsible. I waited and I am seriously not joking as my wife was sitting in the car with impatient kids and she was in agony every minute I was gone, 17 MINUTES for my mocha, latte and hot chocolate. Mocha and hot chocolate were requested skim and no whip. I got one mocha skim, no whip. One hot chocolate made with whole milk with whip cream, and a mocha made with I don’t know what kind of milk and with whip cream. One of of three right, and one of the ones done wrong was so wrong it was the wrong drink. I prefer Starbucks over Caribou in general, but I’ll drink week-​old coffee out of a storm drain before visiting this Starbucks ever again.

This one is pretty fast at 7am on a Friday, so they get four stars. Also, somehow I am enjoying the coffee brewed here. It is most likely a phase though… but seeing as I’m writing this review during said phase, they get four stars.
