This place is steadily headed in the wrong direction. Last visit I went in for the Peking chicken. They were out of the item but offered to make some quickly. She said it would only take 5 minutes. I waited for 15 and to my delight was served up partially frozen chicken. Nothing like biting into a cold piece of chicken. Absolutely disgusting. Prior to that experience, the portion control, how they keep their buffet prepared and overall customer service had been questionable. There are a few very young and immature female employees manning the ship. Nothing says more that you don’t care about your business when high school kids are running the show and playing slap and tickle behind the counter. This location used to be a reliable eatery for me but I have since given up. P. S. I asked for a side of vegetables and she said the only vegetables we have are the string beans. She proceeded to pull them out of the freezer«flash fry» them in a deep fryer throw them in the wok and dumped the whole greasy mess onto my plate. Every dish you serve has vegetables… geez Stay away from this place.

The food is usually fine if overpriced. An appetizer, an entrée and a drink and you’re looking at $ 12 – 14. My biggest gripe is that there is or are big TV(s) and ALWAYS set to Fox«News.» Not interested in a steady stream of racism, misogyny, xenophobia and homophobia with my food, thanks. I’d complain through their website, but it looks like it would only go the local manager and die there.

Food is horrible. I wish I hadn’t gone there. None of the items on the menu tasted so good. It seemed that all items were kind of experimented with so as to create something. Will never ever go there again.

Great food! Wonderful service! Clean and large dining area! Outdoor seating another plus! And credit is totally accepted, Unilocal is wrong.

Don’t go for the food; go for the yogurt. Don’t shoot me — I really would not eat at Leeann Chin’s, but I’m a big fan of Pinkberry, a franchise of frozen yogurt that started in Los Angeles that derives from the crave in South Korea, and recently Leeann Chin introduced its version called Red Cherry. It’s the closest thing I can get to Pinkberry in Minnesota. Go try this stuff. It’s really good. It’s not your regular yogurt. It is more tart and the best is that you can order fresh fruit toppings — my favorites are blueberries, kiwis and strawberries.(At Pinkberry you would be able to order mochi topping, but that’s probably a big jump for the midwest.) I know the smell alone at Leeann Chin can be a big turn off, but go try this yogurt. I bet you too will soon overlook the smell of Leeann Chin’s overpowering sweet and sour sauce.
