McDonald’s

Visited with my 5 children: Apple, Xiandjer, Bridget, Darth, and Pancake. We stayed for a total of 3 days and had an excellent time. The service was spectacular and the interior was clean and elegant. Will be back soon.

Ton visited this establishment on the 11^th day of August in the year two thousand and fifteen. He pulled up to the drive through and placed his order very excited for what was to come. But what came out the window, did not impress him at all.

First impressions may not be everything, but as an out-​of-​state road warrior looking for a quick bite, that is about all this location gets. Unfortunately, they flubbed it. With three people in our party, one might reasonably expect for us to order three meals. That was our intention. The crewmember waiting on us needed to doe exactly that; wait. After the second meal was placed and it was explicitly stated that our third person was now going to order (he even stepped up right in front of the register), the crewmember went ahead and cashed out the first two meals, neither looking up from his touchscreen nor acknowledging our third person at all.
We figured that this young man should at least be able to take a second order from us without any (more) trouble. Sadly, this was not in the cards, as his manager proceeded to walk up to the register and the two proceeded to work on refunding another customer for an errant sandwich. This left us in the unenviable position of having to wait in another cashier’s line two order the third of three meals. To her credit, the manager did realize her error and offered to put both of our orders in the same bag so we wouldn’t have to wait for two separate deliveries to the counter.
While the service was sub-​par, the food was up to snuff. The fries were still hot with just the right amount of salt and the burgers seemed to have been prepared recently. The Chile Chicken Snack Wrap that one of our party got actually ended up having ranch on it in addition to the Asian chile sauce, but the consumer said that the bobble actually improved the overall taste.
Seeing other reviews and the commitment of the manager to «make it right» for the other customer, I likely just managed to catch the counter staff at less than their finest moment. Although the food was well executed, the crewmembers are the face of the establishment, an important part of the overall picture that was found wanting.

Just a beautiful McDonald’s with great service and fresh delicious food. This staff was prompt and quick to deliver and always wonderful to see the owner working the fries. Takes pride in what he is doing. Great job and thanks for representing the UP well.

Good McDonald’s. The service is fast and they always get your order right. I came here 11÷10÷14.

The drive thru was unbelievably fast. Our special orders were correct. We didn’t have to explain our requests, and the people were friendly.
We came here on a day that was packed with car show nuts. I assumed that this would be a nightmare, but it was the one of the best McDonald experiences ever.
This is how all McDonald’s used to be and should be now.
Really quite astounding.
