Ehhhh. We came here at the advice of a friend specifically for the nachos. The bartender was rather awkward at best. Never offered a glass or an orange for my Blu moon. Ordered nachos and a salad and she asked if the nachos should come first? Huh ? Anyway we are kinda nacho heads so I was really lookin forward to the nachos. They came quick. And it was a decent portion but it was store bought chips, canned nacho cheese(fuckin gross) and canned pulled pork. The pork was mighty tasty but somewhere in a factory long ago it was cooked and the Canned nacho cheese will come out in my toilet in 2 hours max. The only thing fresh on this mess was the jalapeño. Which looked nice and freshly chopped. The rest was what you could find at Busch stadium or even McNair park for that matter. Unimpressed . Bartender has no knowledge of their beers when asked what kind of beer Faust was she replied it’s s new Budweiser beer that was old. The guy wanted to know what type, ale, Pilsner, etc. Weird place. No ambience. May be back to try something else May not

Great outdoor patio area. My food and drink were only upstaged by the good service. Can’t beat $ 6 Margarita pitchers on mondays!!! This will be my summer spot.

Very slow service. Food is good but be prepared to wait. Waitress moves at a snail’s pace. 27 minutes later and still don’t have our lunch. Slow. Slow and slower.

Awesome bar, you won’t find one like this on main street. The plates are huge and for a really good price. The food is always made fresh and made to order. One thing I really liked the most about this bar is that it is smoke free. Usually the rest of the bars down on main street are smokey and you leave smelling like it. It’s a nice place to step back away from the typical«main street crowd». Another amazing thing they have are their specials, from drinks to food. The bartenders and serving staff are very knowledgeable about the drinks and food. Instead of ordering your typical vodka tonic, whisky coke, etc, ask for something different, they have a full bar and they know how to use it.

Not a good experience. They never did get my order correct. Finally just ate what they brought, even though we were the only ones in the whole place. Did not offer us a discount. Waitress not informed. Other bars much better on Main Street.

We live in historic St. Charles, so when a new restaurant opens we’re generally pretty quick to give it a shot. That said, if your hopes in a dining experience is for quality food & service I’d give this one a pass. There’s plenty of choices on Main St., all of which we’ve tried most of which are better options. Waters: not water, perhaps lemonade/water mix or line not not flushed prior to filling? Either way, it happens but you can generally find your server of staff to correct rather quickly — wasn’t the case. Beer: server couldn’t describe, let alone name the beers available. List was not yet printed. I had a bud light. Food: Fish tacos for me, flavor was good, temp was cold, except for side of rice which was very hot and even crispy(odd). Wife had Chicken pasta dish, which read quite well on the menu. Only problem was that the chicken was unpalatable. Pretty sure it was cooked in the microwave… the whole dish.
