I was recently in Green Valley and desperately needed my hair done.
I had done lots of internet research and thought that I would need to go to a place in Tuscon.
Fortunately for me, I found this great place.
Zeta salon changed hands several months ago and the new owner is in a word… amazing
If you haven’t been there recently, you are missing out.
My color was perfect, the cut brilliant, and I left with healthier hair than I have had in years.
I’m used to LA stylists and prices.
Jen has the talent, expertise, and experience of our LA cosmopolitan high end stylists without the exorbitant prices and horrible attitude.
Go to Zeta, ladies.
Stop being merely satisfied with your «do» and fall in love with your hair.
I am so happy with Zeta Salon that I will be commuting the 530 miles just for my next appointment.

I love Zeta Hair and Day Spa. Jennifer does my hair. I have extremely thick hair and have a hard time finding someone with the patience to cut it right. Jennifer does a great job. She is friendly and very professional. I have recommended Zeta to all my friends.

Came in to ZETA for the 1^st time ever to get a haircut. I read amazing reviews on Unilocal about this place so I had to give it a try. My appointment was at 1:30 and I showed up at 1:25. When I came in no one was at the reception desk so I sat down and read a magazine. A few minutes later another lady came in, but she was just going to buy hair product. Like me, she sat down and waited for the receptionist to come up front and assist us. Unfortunately that didn’t happened. Little to say during the whole time we waited we just heard chit chat going on in the back. I asked the lady that was waiting if this was usual and she said «no, someone is always by the front desk» At this time it was 2:15 and I was about to give up and leave, when FINALLY not 1 or 2, but 3 people came out of the back room. I was completely furious at this point. The wait time was ridiculous, so when I told the young lady that I was waiting for well over 45 minutes she said, «there is no way we were back there for that long» which in my opinion was completely disrespectful! Not only did she say that, but she also said «why didn’t you let us know» I was completely livid at that point, I told her I was a first timer at the salon and that it had so far been the WORST experience ever. It seems as if customers need to chase them to the back room of the salon to let them know they have been waiting a extensive amount of time. Her response was «it will only get better» that’s ALL
so I still decided to get a hair cut (might as well, wasted a full chunk of my time) a lady named Yolanda helped me out. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her I wanted layers, I also told her I was letting my bangs grow out and they were driving me nuts so maybe she could blend them in with the «layers». The whole time she cut my hair she never used the scissors all she used was a razor comb. Not only did she use a razor comb, but during the whole time she parted my hair to the left side instead to the middle. I am no expert so I just allowed her to continue. She lasted about 20 minutes with my hair. When I saw the finished product I was not happy. I only had 2 (what seemed to be «layers») with strands of hair longer or shorter than the other side, it really seemed as if a cow had just chewed on my hair. It was so uneven and sloppy. I just wanted out, so I just paid her for the hair cut and give her 15% tip and left extremely disappointed. What I thought to be a long lasting relationship with this salon, only turned out to be the worst experience ever. Not only was my hair cut bad, but the customer service was horrendous. One of the lady’s said they would be getting a bell for the incident that happened with me, and I really hope they do because they will lose many customers.

Relying on Unilocal reviews and after having a very bad haircut experience at a nearby hair salon, I decided to make an appointment here. What a great decision! Audrey very professionally straightened out my previously botched haircut and made me look CUTE! She is a very knowledgable and talented stylist. She understands hair and beauty and she is an asset to this shop! All staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable here. I am extremely happy with my results and I will be going back every time I am in Green Valley! Make an appointment with Audrey, you will not be disappointed! Just to explain 4 instead of 5 stars… I have been to places that serve you nice drinks while you are getting your hair done and I was not offered anything, perhaps it is not allowed here? The place seemed a bit crowded when I walked in which kind of made me a little uneasy but it is the time of year for crowds around here, its not their fault.

I have been going to Audrey for a few years now and I have NEVER left unhappy!!! She’s awesome! I show her pics of what I want and I usually end up looking even better. Love love love her!!!

I usually don’t go to stylists to get my hair colored, but I’ve been wanting the popular ombré hair. This place was recommended by a former coworker. Everyone was real friendly and they offered everything to make me comfortable, which is why I gave three starts instead of one.
The ombré I requested was «natural» blonde tips look. The stylist suggested a new product that lightens your hair but has no bleach. (Never heard of this before.) They did a test strip and it worked well. My hair had layers, so the stylist thought of a creative way for my hair to LOOK like an ombré but was really only the back half of my hair would have blonde. Which was not a natural look that I wanted and didn’t really know until it was too late.
Two days later I went back to get my hair «fixed». Which still doesn’t look like how I had asked. I now have a strip of lighter blonde where the test strip was done. Needless to say I’m not going back.

My wife has been seeing Audrey for more than a year and have always been delighted with her expertise at coloring and hair cuts. The salon itself is a wonderful environment, everyone is so friendly. It’s always a pleasure to visit them.

I have been frequenting Zeta Hair & Day Spa for at least 2 or more year. It is very clean and chic looking and all of the people that are there are friendly. Christine, does and excellent job, and tells me that if I ever have a problem, to come back and she will make it right, which I have never had to do. She does my color, and everywhere I go, I get compliments on my hair, and they want to know where I get it done. I love the salon!

So scary, that when I moved from IL to AZ, I went from being an every-​5-​weeks-​apointments-​made-​in-​advance girl to split ends and a nobody-​is– touching-​my-​hair mentality. Finally, I’d had enough and started researching salons. Salons can be found all over town. From cheap haircuts on up to a luxurious spa experience, hair salons can offer just about any experience you could want. The best hair salons have a little something special and that’s what I was looking for – more than a simple haircut — an experience — that’s Zeta. From my first appointment, Audrey really listened to what I saying about my hair, what I wanted, and my lifestyle (which should and does play a big part in your hairstyle). She took her time, put me at ease, and really understood before she even picked up her scissors. I have never left an appointment anything but thrilled with my results. I’ve been seeing Audrey Millot at Zeta (every 5 weeks!) for 18 months now. I cannot say enough good things about Audrey and I recommend her to everyone (a recommendation from me does not come lightly).
The atmosphere at Zeta is very relaxed with a boutique feel and the staff is all very friendly. The salon’s current mix of stylists caters to a very diverse clientele. The prices for their wide array of services are all very reasonable — as a procurement professional I am big on ‘value for my money’ and I definitely feel that Zeta provides that. The only thing that would enhance the Zeta experience for me would be if they served wine. What better idea could there be than haircuts and wine? I think I’ll mention that the next time I am in…

I love this salon! Audrey does beautiful work and definitely knows what she’s doing. All the staff are friendly and it’s a cozy place to relax.

Came in to Zeta for a cut and color and highlight with Audrey Millot. I had been coloring my hair at home and wanted something vibrant for the color. She picked a rich chocolate brown color with like a red cast and then did these tiny foil highlight pieces. Whole process took like 3 hours, I have lots of hair. Super relaxing experience, she is a trip to hang out with and you can tell that color is her thing. I walked out of salon with an amazing blow out and people have stopped me at the grocery store to comment on the color. The tone of the color has lasted really well and I will be back for a repeat visit. Price was incredibly reasonable too for the time and the end product. Really loved her work and I am stressed thinking of who will do my hair now that we have moved. You know how it is when you find the perfect person for your hair.

The haircut I got was ok. The highlights I asked for were supposed to be very very subtle. The end result was a stripey blonde mess maybe popular back in the early to mid 90s. Another stylist told me it was so bad I just needed to start over. People tell me it doesn’t look THAT bad but for almost $ 200 I don’t want «well it doesn’t look that bad». The establishment was pricey and only accepted cash or check. It might have been helpful to put that on the website.
