$ 1227.08 charge to be seen for a UTI is just wrong. That’s not counting the Dr. bill of $ 268, charged by a Dr I never saw(saw NP) When I called to question billing and mention that my local fee is usually $ 150.00, the girl on the phone responded –in Green Valley, that’s what they’re able to charge with my insurance. My bad luck I’ve been healthy this year so hadn’t paid a deductible all year so had to pay out of pocket deductible. Being in the healthcare field and knowing the Green Valley residents are being taken advantage of saddens me. Only good thing was the visit was a quick 26 minutes including wait time, urinalysis, and script given. But that doesn’t make up for the cost. Never will be back, next time CVS on Valencia Rd.

They bill you both a doctor bill AND an urgent care bill, so you have to pay 2 co-pays, and their doctor told me she wasn’t sure if I had a problem, so they recommended I see another doctor. Therefore, I paid $ 100 for NOSERVICEATALL! I had to go to an emergency room to get seen by a doctor who knew what they were doing.

This place is perfect if you want to pay over $ 400(if you have an HSA) for a five minute visit. Be aware, Northwest Urgent Care bills separately from the doctor who is giving the treatment. There are CVS and Walgreen’s clinics that are cheaper than this. Not worth the cost if you can’t afford it.

This place is EXPENSIVE! Go to a walk-in clinic or retail clinic if your medical situation is not an emergency. CVS has one in their Valencia Rd. pharmacy.
