Wingstop

They didn’t get my order in and had me wait about 20 mins and I had to have my friend walk up to the counter to ask about my order and they never put it on the rack. When I finally got my chicken they got the order wrong.

Only reason i even condone the one star is because the wings taste just like any other wing stop
One the other hand i will never eat here again!
This place is so ridiculously ghetto whoever owns this place should be ashamed of the staff the have hired
While dining i had to listen to a battle between the music played by the restaurant and some horrible gangster rap being blared by the employees in the kitchen. Then watched a guy in plain clothes order food he did not pay for and then went in the back where peoples food is cooked to tell them he owes them money for a weed sale. Again this place is shameful

Quick service, I ordered togo & my wings were delicious. Start with the mango habanero flavor it’s the best!

Being busy and being friendly are not always synonymous. However, on a bustling Saturday night the young lady who took my order (Rachel), was able to display both with exuberance. Tonight was my first experience ordering chicken at this establishment, and those to frequent the store often know, there are many options to choose from. Regardless of how busy they were, Rachel took the time to introduce me to the variety of flavors offered and listen to my preferences. The end result was total hot food satisfaction. I cannot recommend the food and service of Wing Stop enough. Please frequently enjoy this food and customer service.

I tried contacting this franchise with the disgusting food I had received but I suppose I’m just another nobody to them. BEWARE the boneless wing may contact a green filing. puke

I had never had wingstop until my boy friend forced me to try it a month ago. Ever since then I order wings here once a week. The employees are always so nice and friendly! The wings are also amazing, I am addicted! :)

Come here for the food, not the service. Staff is all younger kids who don’t seem to have good worth ethic what so ever. Chatting with fellow co workers, texting on their phones and listening to their music in the back loud enough to hear it from out front and using inappropriate language. If only the food wasn’t so delicious.

I called in to place a pick up order. Some girl picked up, put me on hold, I waited 6 minutes before I hung up and called back. A guy picked up this time, told me about some boneless wing promo so i ordered 20 pieces. I made sure I repeated my order multiple times.
When I get there, I mentioned that I was left on hold. A Hispanic girl answered with, «well yeah we’re obviously busy.» With the worse attitude ever.
She made little remarks with me multiple times and kept rolling her eyes while I was talking to the other girl at the register. It got to the point where I told her to lose the attitude. Why should it ever get to the point where I should have to tell any employee, anywhere to drop an attitude.
I got pretty irritated. The mouthy employee went to the back and the girl helping me apologized for her.
On top of all that bs, they messed up my order ended up giving me 10 original wings… After a ten minute conversation of the phone and the guy trying to sell me on boneless wings, he messed up my order. Completely.
After I told the girl what I actually ordered, the hispanic girl goes to the back and tells the guys in the back, «she wants boneless wings now» again, with an attitude. The guys threw a huge fit.
Awesome. At that point I felt like telling each and everyone of them they were shit employees and it really can’t be that difficult to take an order correctly AND to go be a cunt on their own time.
They ended up remaking my order correctly while I waited in the car. I couldn’t be happier to leave. I’ve never gone back since that. And I don’t plan on it.
Go to any wingstop but this one. Worse service I’ve ever received. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

Quick run for some lunch… got our food and came back to work with it. Thanks for the crispy bottom of the bucket fries that sat out for an hour… crunchy salty crumbs… might as well have got a bag of chips. The hot wings were ok… the lemon pepper were way too greasy!!! Thankfully I have coworkers who will scavenge up any leftover food.

Very fast service and friendly workers. Got the automic, haberno, and Cajun boneless wings and Cajun fries. So spicy. Will never let my nephew order again

George was beyond amazing he was so nice, not only did he add extra wings with my order, but he also hooked it up with extra ketchup ect, their always so nice and friendly and really fast making food. The staff is very friendly as well.

This location usually has their wings on point but today they were awful, they were hard (Felt like I was chewing on rocks). I wanted Cajun chicken not Cajun rocks. Please pay attention when making the wings, that way customers won’t rant on Unilocal for shitty wings

Ugh! So I try and be as patient as possible because I myself have worked fast food for many years. The staff is rude as hell. The food is ok not like how I first remember wing stop. I recently purchased to go order of garlic parmesan wings to go home and find my wings were plain. I didn’t want to drive all the way back I was already home so I called and spoke to an employee and she told me to go back and they could season the wings however like I said I was already home and asked if I could just come back another day to receive the right order they argued with me and argued. (Thought the customer was always right) anyways never got my problem resolved.
Doubt I will be doing back!

Really good costumer service, extremely clean place. The bathrooms were spottles. And the wings were on time. Excellent.

So, once again I find myself at wing stop! I actually just found out that I can sub fries for potato salad with a meal and the potato salad is pretty good.
The staff here is always super friendly and chill. Everyone here is watching the game that’s on so that’s cool too.
The food is always so filling. Like 5 wings will fill you up pretty fast too! The food came out super fast today! I was very surprised.
Yay, wing stop!

I got a pickup order at this location a couple of nights ago. First off, I’ve been to this location prior to this pick pickup order and I have never had an issue with their wings. But for some odd reason a couple of nights ago, we came home to very dry wings. Barely any flavor in them! We ordered garlic parmesian and all I saw was the wings and maybe 5 speckles of cheese. And the Louisiana rub had NO FLAVOR. I’m not sure if they were having an off night but this was definitely my worst experience at this location.
Other than that, maybe last year was the last time I went to this location and I had no problems at all. The wings were delicious and service was fine.

We love wing stop. Especially love the Monday and Tuesday night .60 boneless wing specials. Parking is a little tight and not a lot to parking due to Starbucks sharing the same site. Besides that, food is fresh and employees are always friendly.

I had dinner here because I was craving some good wings and enjoyed their 10 wings and fries. I really like the lemon pepper wings, though I also get the parmesan garlic as well.

I’m not a very large fan of this wingstop, I only really come here because I live so close to it. It is very rare that my online order is ever ready by the time I go pick it up, even if I give notice. This is the only Wingstop I’ve been to that doesn’t typically make the order until after you arrive. I’ve waited about 30mins+ to pick up an order and they still won’t have it ready. But its completely different with phone orders, they’re more active about those and have them ready faster.
Since I live so close I don’t have an issue of parking, but the parking area is very small and I’ve seen so many car’s have trouble parking or even leaving the parking area.
In terms of the food, its mostly hit or miss. Sometimes my wings won’t have barely any sauce on them at all and then other times it’ll have plenty of sauce. The hot wings don’t really taste that great when there is barely any sauce on them .:(If you don’t live close to this location, I recommend going to a different Wingstop. You’ll prob get better service than this one. :/

Wingstop would have received more stars from me because their wings are so yummy, but because of the awful customer service I’m sticking them with 2 stars.
When I called, this guy took my ordered and responded with grunts. ¼ star for at least acknowledging me bro, even if it was with grunts (yes, I’m being sarcastic)! Oh, by the way… You should end your calls with «Thank you for calling Wingstop» or even a simple «bye» would suffice-​hanging up on people is NOT an option when you are in customer service!!!
When we walked in the line was soooo long. This gave us time to witness the attitude of the 2 girls at the front counter and the observe how they handled wrong orders… It was quite amusing. At one point a guy from the back (I’m guessing is a fryer-​not a cook) yelled up front with a huge attitude about an incorrect order for all of Wingstop (and probably the sushi spot next door) to hear.
So what if this is a small, low-​paying gig… Wingstop really needs to stop hiring little cranky, hormonal teeny-​boppers with attitudes that want to make any respectful parent want to take them over their knee and give them a spanking! There are plenty of people out there that will appreciate this job and would be happy treat their customers with respect.
Switch up your customer service Wingstop and I could be so inclined to switch up my review.
