Recently switched from Verizon to T-mobile because of the outrageous prices. Came in and was helped immediately by Jazzmine. She was very patient and helpful! I Would definitely come to this location to help speed any process you need to do. 5 stars for the great service and my new plan!

After being a loyal customer to metro pcs for many years I finally had enough of the horrible service they provided. I came here to find a phone obviously talked to the phone sells man Stewart this guy knows how to convince someone to buy a phone, he was great hot the phone I wanted and they even threw in a free tablet. I had a great experience with the t mobile team 5 stars.

This store restored my faith in humanity. I had less than desirable experiences at another T-Mobile store on Madison and Date Avenue(minus a really good assistant manager) and wrote a less than ideal review of their store. I believe that the Madison store is a training store and a lot of the employees are new and not that experienced yet. This could explain the lack of customer service skills that I spoke about. Hopefully they learn or get weeded out. Good job T-Mobile on Del Paso Road! You guys were awesome.

T-mobile is freaking amazing. There is LTE coverage all over Natomas and Sacramento. I’m paying a fraction of what I used to pay ATT. I wish I switched sooner.

I recently switched to T-mobile using this store on Del Paso. For a wireless store they served me well. They worked with me to meet all my needs and I left happy. T-mobile coverage has been outstanding. I’ve got a 42 mbps hspa+ device and the speeds are phenomenal. It may not be LTE but it matches it and beats for a fraction of the price. I wish I had switched sooner. All those wasted years and money with Verizon, too bad.

I recently switched from AT&T(for over 10 years) to T-Mobile. The staff at this location have been beyond measure! I’ve been here 3 times. Each time, they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate me. Once I went 5 minutes before closing and they helped me 20 – 25 minutes past closing. They are fantastic!

I love’ my TMobile service. However, I do not like this TMobile store. The first time I went a few months ago they totally discussed me and then had no problem doing it again. Was asked if we needed help, explained what I was looking for. Rep looked with me. I tried to lighten up the mood but I guess it was too early for him(10:20am). Either way he checked in the back and brought out something similar but not what I was looking for. Then he disappeared/moved on to the next customer. No dialog as to if I should check somewhere else or just a simple«we don’t have it «. Tried to let this store redeem it’s self. Drove all the way to the MADISON store to get treated like a customer. The Del paso store treats you like a liability. I don’t understand. This store is closer to where I live but I will never be going back until someone gives them an attitude adjustment.

I have honestly never had a problem at this T-Mobile location. In fact, its the only one I will ever go to. I got a Verizon phone/plan awhile ago simply because T-mobiles coverage was weak in the areas i spend a lot of time in(buildings at school and work in South Sac) but i still go to tmobile to pay my bill for my old phone and another and each time I leave satisfied. Most of the time the place seems empty but I have been there on days when all of the associates were busy and there was a line. There are a couple of guys there that usually help me out when I come and are super friendly and nice. Maybe I’m just an overly patient person compared to others… but I have not had nearly as pleasant an experience in customer service with Verizon as I have had with Tmobile here. Thanks guys :)

what kind of stores would sell a phone that you are not even allowed to try out? they say that way too many ppl steal phones and thats why they do not have demo models. that sucks but — what kinds of sales do you expect to make if you won’t let your customers try the phone out??? the sales person said you can return it within 30 days. so what! you can avoid the whole return scenario if you can just give it a test run. Oh well — i still want a my touch 3g — but i cant support a store where the sales associats act like they don’t get or care.

Let me begin by saying that overall I am a happy T-mobile subscriber. They offer good rates and coverage of the Sacramento and Bay Areas. However, this retail location is one of the worst mobile phone retailer I have ever had the unfortunate chance to do business with. Now this is going to be a long review so bare with me or skip ahead 4 paragraphs… Okay, so some history. Before signing up with T-Mobile I was a somewhat arrogant Verizon Wireless subscriber. They have the highest prices and best network so that of course made them the best. Well, I was with them for a good long while, 10 years, until this past summer I did the unthinkable. While up in Auburn at the beach I stuck my Pepsis in the river in my backpack to they would stay nice and cold, but close to me. A couple days later I found my cell phone in the side pocket of said backpack still dripping wet and coated with sand. I wasn’t too concerned because my contract was long up at Verizon and I needed to get a new phone anyway. The next day I went into the retail store in Folsom on Iron Point Road(which is where I was living at the time) to see what they could do for me. I wasn’t asking for much, I didn’t think(and I still don’t). I just wanted to try and avoid a 2 year contract(1 year contract was totally doable) and not pay an arm and a leg for a RAZR phone. Well according to Verizon I was asking too much. They wanted to charge me $ 200.00 for a RAZR with a 1 year contract. Then they proceeded to hand me POS phone that was, according to them, ONLY $ 60.00 with a 1 year contract. I explain how I had been a long time customer and very happy with the service and I didn’t want to give that up but I couldn’t see spending $ 200.00 for a RAZR when other phone companies were charging ¼ the price w/a 1 year contract. They told me no dice and I began to walk out the door. My partner, Mark, who was of course with me at the time, rolled his eyes at the Verizon sales staff in disbelief and followed me out the door. He suggested we go look at T-Mobile. He was a T-Mobile subscriber and was happy with their prices, plans and service. He also lived part time in Davis, CA and San Francisco, CA. I was leery because I had heard bad things about their coverage, but what the Hell. So we headed down the street to the T-Mobile. When we arrived at the shop we walked in and there were a few people working there. The place was mostly empty of customers. Mark and I looked over the RAZRs and I picked out the one I wanted and looked at the pricing option for no contract, 1 and 2 year contracts. $ 99.99 for 1 year contract with a $ 50.00 mail in rebate. Sounded good I though. Mark agreed. After a couple minutes staff came over and offered us some help. I explained my situation. He basically just read to me what the card said and then added some additional information, like how they would waive the set-up fee and activation fee for me because I was switching, sounded even better. I went for it and walked out a very satisfied customer. I had a cute new phone was getting more and paying less for the service. Calls were clear and I was delighted. Now I’ll be honest. The T-Mobile coverage isn’t the greatest, but I am usually within a service and given the prices and plans I am satisfied. So this is where the review begins… I have since moved from Folsom and the delightful shop I used to frequent whenever I needed anything mobile related to Natomas. I have been into the T-Mobile on Del Paso Road half a dozen times now for odds and ends. If it isn’t one thing it’s another with this location. Items out of stock, merchandise returns botched, miss informed sales staff and above all poor service. This last time I went in to look at the new Moto RCKR phone. I am contemplating buying it at full price. I went in and the floor staff knew nothing about the phone, the SIM card was missing so the phone’s features didn’t work and when the sales guy went to ask how to resolve the problem he came back to say the phone was too new and and it hadn’t been set-up yet and I should come back later in the week. Now maybe I am old fashioned, but if you have a customer in a store that is ready to drop $ 300.00 on a phone you should do everything within your ability to make that customer satisfied and make the sale. This was the last time I will ever go into the store. For now on I will actually make the 30 minute drive up to Folsom to get the service that I, or anybody else, should be getting when walking into a T-Mobile shop. my rating 1 star and if I could award negative stars I would give it a –5!
