Slice of Old Sacramento

Got pepperoni Pizza, it was okay, staff really sucks. Guys who makes the pizza are dicks. Cashier was really rude too. Way overpriced and the place was filthy and kinda slick from the grease. It also took way too long. Wouldn’t go back and have definitely told my friends not to bother.

We stopped in for lunch today and really enjoyed our pizza. I ordered a half garlic chicken, half combination family size pizza and my family of 6 (m&d, 4 kids) were full with a couple of slices left over!

Old Sacramento pizza spot pizza was hot fresh soft & good I normally don’t eat pizza crust but the crust was actually good they also have beer & wine which is a plus the only recommendation I have is they stay open later they would make so much more money if I’m in the area and craving a slice I’ll definitely stop in

Nice place to grab a quick slice of pizza. I’m having a cheese pizza. The pie is a nice sized personal pizza, and I felt the price was fair. The taste is fine… not brick oven prepared, and the sauce is average, but not bad at all. They do serve alcohol here. Multiple beers on tap, and a large assortment of bottles of both beer, wine, and an assortment of non alcoholic choices. I wouldn’t drive for miles to eat here, but if you’re walking past, it’s a nice stop.

This pizza was a tasty slice nestled amongst the tourist spots in Old Sac.
We went on a Thursday and had a slice of the speciality pizza — sweet and spicy chicken. It had a good flavour and a nice kick to it.
It was a little crowded, it would have been nice to be able to snag one of the two outdoor tables but it was clean and well presented inside too.

Staff was friendly and checked on us a few times to ensure everything was great!
They also offer slices as well. Slices are pretty generous size and run about $ 3.49 to $ 3.99, a slice.

Very small place plus you cannot sit outside with beer-​Grrrrr! The cashier was super nice considering the line was out the door. Food is great, pizza is made right there — you can watch them flip the dough — and the pizza crust is thin just how I like it. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed this pizzeria very much! We were a party of 3 and ordered a Large Hawaiian pizza which was simply extraordinary! The bread was crisp and the cheese, ham, and pineapple were all fresh. The only down side to this is that since they do make the pizza fresh, it takes about 15 min to get the pizza but it was no hassle really. Would do it again!

We stopped here after visiting the railroad museum, short walk, and we were glad we did. As soon as we walked we were welcomed by the amazing smell of baking Pizzas. The staff is super friendly, and the Pizza was awesome, we ordered half cheese, half pesto chicken which got thumbs up from my 7 year old

Not bad .if you like super greasy this is your place to eat. Had the Pepperoni and was okay. Very cheesy too. Good customer service

My son and I tried to eat here while waiting for a movie in the nearby theater. One of the theater workers had recommended it. He said the pizza was great. I wish I had been able to try it. This place was closed on a Friday night (8:30 p.m.). In looking here on Unilocal,they are never open past 5:00 p.m. There were lots of people walking around Old Sacramento. I am surprised they do not take advantage of that market. My two stars are for the hours of operation, and not the pizza.

I had a slice of the pepperoni and it was delicious! The crust is very crispy as well as the pepperoni! Great pizza!

It was very busy because of festivities but the service was fast and friendly, Combo pie was hot, crispy, and fresh, I ate 3 slices. I appreciated that they asked how our meal was twice. Thank you for great service and great pizza! I only wish you had wings, bread sticks, and fries

After walking around Old Town Sacramento on a hot day, we were getting hungry and we’ve spent most of our energy even after eating a big breakfast buffet at the hotel. There are plenty of food options here, but my mind was set on having pizza.
I read the decent reviews so I convinced the Wifey to eat here. It was just the three of us and we stumbled into our friends and their kids (party of five) already in the process of ordering theirs. They had two large pizzas (half and half) and we decided to order one large pizza instead of a slice each since it’s more economical to buy the whole pizza compared to one slice at $ 5 each. Wifey and I decided to pick up the tab since she won a few coin$ during our trip to Reno.
So we had three large pizzas for a total party of eight, and it was more than enough. I’d say with three growing boys with us, they each could eat half a pizza between them all by themselves. My friend ordered the combo of Salami, Chicken, Pesto and Hawaiian, and we ordered the combo of Chicken and Pesto. If you want extra sauce, they are available for a quarter each so we got a few ranch for dipping.
So we all shared the pizzas and I think the chicken was the best. The crust was advertised as thin, but could’ve been thinner in my book. I was disappointed in the pesto as I think it needed more pesto flavor, but I was really digging the chicken which is what I mostly ate.
Overall, it was a good pizza in a nice comfy place that did not give that touristy vibe compared to other businesses in Old Town. I’d give it a 3 ½ stars and definitely would eat here again.

Slices of pizza are good and huge. Got a slice of pepperoni and a cherry coke. Pizza came quick. Good service and restaurant is clean. Lots of options for soda.

Super friendly service and really tasty pizza… if you don’t have time to wait on a full size pizza, they offer several kinds of pizza by the slice. Fresh ingredients, thin and tasty crust with a hint of garlic on the crust… yum! I like stopping in here for a slice when in old town Sacramento. Super tiny place, but not uncomfortable by any means. No refills on sodas, but I will give them a pass on this unfortunate rule because I like their pizza!

Awesome customer service whenever I come in. I try and come in when I’m at work for training, the guy who helped mentioned that he remembers seeing me.
Whether or not he did is besides the point, he definitely made me feel good about coming in. Prior to walking up to the register I was greeted by a lady who was in the kitchen area making the pizza. That was nice as well.
When I asked about the Unilocal offer he was really cool and nice about it and a lot of times employees hate honoring coupons and deals. I will contribute coming here when I can because I always have a pleasant experience.
