Round Table Pizza

This place has the worst manager, Adric, in the world. He leaves 5hr old pizzas out for buffet, always has moldy salad in his buffet and when you ask for new stuff most of the time he pulls worse stuff out or doesn’t do it at all. Plus, he stands over you when you TRY to eat and talks to you so if you got fresh hot food, its cold by the time you can eat it. I got food poisoning from this place from eating salad. It’s the worst! The assistant manager, some Asian kid, doesn’t know when to stop talking either and makes everyone feel super awkward, especially women. This place really needs a surprise health inspection.

I love the pizza here. I love that they understand «really light cheese», extra sauce etc. It is always hot and ready to go for pick-​up. Love.

We used the party room at this Round Table Pizza on Freeport Blvd and were very pleased. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, the pizza was excellent, and we can’t say enough about Adric, who checked on us numerous times, refilled our glasses with soda individually, and was enthusiastic and professional. We would definitely come back to this Round Table again as it far exceeded our expectations.

If you’re trying to get some average pizza, don’t go here. All I wanted was to get some average pizza and I was still dissapointed. I ordered the buffet on Tuesday and the stuff I got had little to no toppings on it. Not fresh at all. Sorry round table, I do write good reviews but this store doesn’t deserve one. There are plenty of other shops with better service around, so look elsewhere Unilocal folks.

Absolutely terrible service on Sunday, December 6, 2015. I came in at 1:30 for lunch buffet. The woman who helped us, didn’t want to make a vegetarian pizza for us, stating there were too many pizzas out. There was 2. We have never been told NO when requested.
The cold veggie that was out, had to do.
The garlic bread was as hard as a rock!!!
There were no cinnamon twists either.
It’s football Sunday & you state that buffet is from 11:30−2 yet, do not want to make the pizza we request as paying customers & won’t put out fresh bread or cinnamon twists?! Terrible service.
I will say, however, the salad bar was very clean today & THAT’S ABOUT IT!!!

I love the management at this Round Table Pizza. They are the best, this place is clean and the supervision is superb. They treat their guest with the upmost respect. Please come by when you have a chance and enjoy.

the pizza here is great. the only complaint is the service is terrible. there are way too many employees standing around not doing anything. our food sat on a countertop for 10 minutes before i went up there and asked them to bring it to us. otherwise, food is fine. i didn’t die. it’s pizza. it’s not that hard.

We ordered a pizza online, with an email confirmation for ~ 45 minutes. Well after an hour rolls by, I place a call and am informed they are «slammed» that night and that he’s «in the area».
Another 30 minutes roll by and I place another call where I’m told he is nearby (the driver finally pulls up while I’m waiting for the manager). The pizza isn’t warm. I understand restaurants get hit with customers, but there should be people on call, or available to deliver when this happens. Why is this such a difficult subject to comprehend? Like others who’ve complained, I could have gone and made my own f*cking pizza in the time it took for this one to finally arrive.
This was our last roundtable pizza.

Too often I log on to Unilocal to leave a bad review, but this location deserves a good one. Much better than the round table on florin. Generous toppings and friendly staff. I’m quite happy with my experience here today.

My experience with this location is that it is very poorly run. We ordered a pizza online at 9:08 and the email confirmation said to expect delivery within 45 minutes. After a little more than an hour I called to make sure the food was still on its way. I was told they were really busy and running behind (which is fine), but that the food was definitely on its way. I asked if it would be there soon and the guy on the phone said, well no, he could see the order was still there and that both the drivers were out on deliveries. He assured me it was still on the way. Then another hour passed. By 11:15 I called again, and after a brief hold was told my online order had never been entered into the system in the first place (wait. what?) and they were no longer doing deliveries. I was told I could drive up there at 11:15 to pick it up myself. I said no thank you and left it at that. I’m not sure what the difficulty is with an internet order in the year 2015, but I’m equally frustrated that the closest thing to a remedy was that I drive up there 2 hours after I ordered the pizza to pick it up myself. I’d recommend going to the one at 398 Florin instead. I’ve ordered from them for years and never had an issue, and they are really nice as well.

Normally I’m not a crust guy… But after being up for three days on cocaine and lsd the lunch buffet really hit the spot!!! The water was FREE!!! Unbelievable. Great water at a great price!

I’ve tried so many times with this location but after tonight I just can’t. I work from home and work a lot. They were my go to for a long time when I didn’t feel like cooking. I always get the same thing. In fact they will read it to me when they pull up my ph #. I wld say ⁴⁄₅ last deliveries have been wrong. Mushrooms in the salad or you can see where someone picked them out there are a few stragglers still in there. Tonight… Wrong dressing. Yes this sounds really petty to most but when I spend $ 30 on a pizza, salad and delivery it should be right. It’s not that difficult. The best tho g about this location is the driver. I usually always have the same guy and he is great. Peace out Land Park R/​T. I will be finding someplace new.

I had a small king Arthur supreme pizza to go made fresh and was ready in minutes great service :)

I’ve ordered a lot of pizza from this location… In the past the people answering the phone seemed slow and or distracted… I ordered tonight and Tiffany (the delivery guy said that was her name so I hope I’m right) was awesome. Quick, efficient, didn’t screw anything up. Great job! And the delivery guys are always nice and prompt. Thank you!

Ugh should have driven to papa Murphy’s it would have taken less time then waiting 1:20 min for delivery, it would have cost ¹⁄₃ the price and it wouldn’t have tasted like cardboard.

This Roundtable is terrible. I’ve ordered twice in the past 6 months from this location, it’s the closest to my house and I don’t always feel like driving way out for decent pizza. I ordered last summer and they left the balsamic drizzle that basically makes the pizza off. After arguing with Rob who either wanted me to drive it back or give me a discount the same as the monthly coupon off my next pizza he said he would replace it. Well I tried a few times and no one would replace it without him there and it seems he’s rarely there, at least never at dinner time when I’ve called. 6 months later I order tonight, order was correct but the crusts were burnt on both pizzas, $ 43 bucks for 2 pizzas with a coupon. I’m not even going to bother to call and complain, Im just not going back, too expensive for crappy mediocre pizza!

Excellent customer service on this Friday night salad bar was great all my service needs where met all the staff worked together to provided great customer service the restaurant was kept extremely clean they where all knowledgable of all promotions and provided extra crayons and coloring books for my children !!! Pizza was great !

I have been a Customer of Roundtable off and on for years! My kids and I would go to the one in Roseville, and always had great service, good pizza/​salad bar.
This one on Freeport Blvd in Land Park is terrible! The guy who answered the phone to take my order Sergio was really abrupt with me when asking questions. When I went to pick up the order, I had asked the girl behind the counter who the manager is, she did give me his name, but could not tell me when he would be in, as I wanted to lodge a complaint on their CS… Besides all this my pizza was overcooked and their wasnt enough of the toppings I had ordered! Won’t becoming back anytime soon!

Ok so I walked in at about 8pm on a slow Saturday night. No customers in the store. Yet the store was filthy, dirty tables and floor, I had pity on them and ordered a pizza anyway. I told the guy at the counter I wanted a pizza with LOTS of meat, he said oh yeah Montegue is great and lots of meat.
I ordered a small (one size up from personal. The pizza had a diameter that was about as long as a dollar bill. The pizza had less than ¹⁄₈ of an ounce of meat in total, a pitiful pie and a true ripoff at $ 15 after tax. This place is GARBAGE and I hope they shut down and these young kids get a chance to work at a real business that trains or coaches them to respect their place of work and have a sense of pride.

Absolutely AWFUL! I signed up for Unilocal just to rate this place. Horrid customer service. Took an hour and a half to get wings and pizza. We had to keep asking where our order was and the employees seemed to look confused and like they didn’t care at all. They were all very very rude. The salad bar was dirty and emptily of everything. We had to keep asking the employees to refill every empty salad bar item.
I love round table and go very frequently, but this one needs to be shut down or completely revamped. Disgusting!
