This place has been around since I can remember. We’ve ordered breakfast pizzas for work at every State job I’ve had and the quality remains the same, A+. Last Sunday, I surprised my family and picked up a breakfast pizza. My husband had never tasted the breakfast pizza and he kept trying to «see the eggs» on the pizza. Lol… We had the Canadian bacon and sausage. AMaZiNg!!! The young lady that took my telephone order and also assisted me when I arrived, had the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Her boss should be proud that she is the face and voice of their business. I would highly recommend that everyone try their aMaZiNgly tasty breakfast pizza.

I have visited this pizza place a few times now and the level of consistently good pizza has prompted me to write a review. It’s simply the best pizza around. We normally order lunch pizza, their pizza sauce is delicious and the toppings are fresh and plentiful. I visited the Hot Italian a few weeks ago and their pizza was nothing in comparison. It opens for breakfast(7am I believe). Initially, I thought this was a little weird but their pizza comes in two formats, either breakfast or lunch formats. Let’s face it, who hasn’t had pizza for breakfast? Why not have fresh cooked pizza for breakfast? If you haven’t visited this place, do yourself a favor and try it. You deserve great pizza and this little place supplies exactly that.

OMG. Breakfast pizza is the bomb! We order for work every time we get a new employee. The spinach and mushroom goes first. But it’s all good. Kinda pricey, usually about $ 30 for a large pizza delivered. But the best thing ever!!! Note, this place is closed on Sundays. Go figure, I’d think that they’d do a lot of business for Sunday brunch. I guess the state workers during weekdays keep them afloat.

I went to Buffalo Pizza for the first time with the Sac Brew Bike pizza crawl. Not only was the pizza amazing they had great service! The people who work there really care about Pizza and creating something memorable and delicious. They gave us breakfast pizza, bechamel pizza, and the fall Apple Hill pizza. All amazing!

I created a Unilocal account just so I could give them a review. So tasty! Good hours, great service, good prices, and very friendly staff. The breakfast pizza… Amazeballs.

Great pizza and great staff! Can’t wait to come back. The breakfast pizza is definitely worth having, no other pizza place compares to Buffalo pizza’s breakfast pizza or even attempts to make one…

The breakfast pizza is sinfully delicious. I feel so guilty eating it, and yet, I cannot stop myself.

Do you like waiting an hour for breakfast outside in 98 degree weather with a bunch of hipsters? Yeah, me neither, and since Sacramento has not yet caught on to the brunch reservation, the best thing ever is Buffalo Pizza & Ice Cream. And, to be fair, San Francisco has yet to catch on to breakfast pizza — FORDELIVERY.(Note to self: Start breakfast pizza delivery business). I love, love, love that I can roll my tired ass out of bed at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday, and, without getting dressed or putting on make-up, have breakfast delivered to the apartment within a half hour. That’s right, they are fast! With a bevy of pizzas to choose from, i.e., the Canadian Mountie, with Canadian bacon, eggs, and mozzarella cheese, or the Canadian Groundhog, with Canadian bacon, sausage, eggs, mozzarella and cheese, you can get your breakfast jones satisfied in one delicious slice. I want to try the chorizo and jalapeño next, I’ll just need to get my sister on board. A medium Canadian Groundhog costs around $ 25, which costs way less than any brunch I’ve ever paid for. It’s also huge-to me, it can easily feed 4 – 5 people. The service is friendly and the delivery is wicked fast. They open at 7:00 a.m. on the weekends — not sure about the weekdays. I’m interested in the ice cream part – do they deliver that as well? Has anyone ever had it? I’m so busy with the breakfast pizza, I always forget all about the ice cream part. Buffalo is a big weekend breakfast win and a Sacramento must-have.

Breakfast pizza is a thing for which I used to jump for jot. I would patiently wait until my coworkers would decide to order it and then I would wait all week and hoard several slices upon delivery. Buuut this time it wasn’t all that great. Really. And the prices are waaay too expensive(they raised them) — $ 21 bucks for a MEDIUM spinach and mushroom pizza… hek after writing this review I am riled up and downgrading to 2 stars. Buffalo Pizza this relationship could have been so good but you let me down. You let me down.

Two words. Breakfast pizza. I shall repeat and shout. BREAKFASTPIZZA!!! Get the message? Order it for the office, we’re then all happy. Chorizo and jalapeño is my favorite. Mmmmmm… yummmmy. And with breakfast you’ll be full past lunch. At least I am. But if not, more power to you. But during lunch, walking over for garlic bread had no shame attached to it right? Good. Its directly across from St. Joseph’s Cemetery(awesome!!) and there’s street parking. It’s a shame this place isn’t open longer hours.

I tried this place once many, many years ago as a child and I have finally found it again! I thought I was going crazy thinking I ate a pizza with egg on it. But now that I have found it again I’m pleased to say I’ll be coming back for more! The best part is the crust. It is just the right texture and amount of dough. My favorite out of the two flavors that I ordered(chorizo and jalapeño/Canadian bacon and sausage) was the chorizo and jalapeño. Since there wasn’t any tomato sauce, it went very well with the egg and cheese. The flavors blended well together and I couldn’t stop eating. The place is literally a hole in the wall. Basically, if you blink, you’ll miss it. Parking isn’t bad but it’s located on a busy street. It’s not a place where you dine in, basically just order or call then grab your pizza. It’s a small place so there’s only a couple benches to sit on while you wait for your pizza. They’re quick about getting the pizza out which is great. The only downside are their hours. I don’t work close by and they’re closed by 1. Give this place a shot for their breakfast pizzas cause you won’t be disappointed.

Well I decided this morning to be a rock star and get breakfast pizza for my co-workers. Most of them had never had one or even heard of a breakfast pizza. Everyone, and I mean everyone absolutely loved it! This is the best treat you can do for your staff… you will get a lot of kudos. Oh, and by the way… they NOW take credit/debit cards… now another reason to go more often!!!

Delicious, amazing, wonderful breakfast pizza. I have wondered for years what it was all about and now that I know I am so happy! We accidentally swapped pizzas with our friends and ended up with the chorizo pizza, which I’ve never had before and it was scrumptious. The right amount of cheese, egg, meat and crust plus some chopped tomatoes, yum!!! I highly recommend their breakfast pizza, it’s amazing.

Breakfast Pizza: It’s a thing?! This is the second time this year that my coworkers have ordered this deliciousness to the morning meeting. So, this review is for the product itself, not the actual place of business. All I know is what shows up in the lobby each morning is a finely-crafted plethora of egg, cheese, pepperoni, jalapeño, and sausage toppings arranged perfectly on a tantalizing crust. This is probably one of the best, if not the best, crusts that I have ever had. So tasty, and perfectly situated between crunchy and fluffly-soft texture. LOVELOVELOVE. Addiction. This IS a thing around here, and it’s deliverable to downtown/midtown. Heaven in a box.

In my researching of where to go in Sacramento, a fellow Unilocaler highly recommended coming here for their locally somewhat famous breakfast pizza. I’ve been trying to figure out how to make a breakfast pizza for most of my adult life, but I’m a terrible cook. So, in an effort to learn the secrets, I added it to my travel list of must do’s. Bright and early in the morning I arrived, I think the place had just opened, or was about to open, because I really wasn’t sure if it was open or not. Mother and I walked up to the door, and pushed. The door swung open, and a small pizza shop lay before us. A few pieces of yard furniture and an old wooden table decorated the waiting room of the place. We walked over to the counter and asked about the breakfast pizza. The older gentleman nodded and asked what we’d like on it. I looked at the menu, and decided for a Medium sized pizza, half ‘normal’ and half ‘canadian’. He then gave us the price(about twenty bucks), and pointed to a sign that read ‘cash only.’ Mother and I searched our wallets, but had no cash. Older gentleman informed us that there was a bank of america down the street, and we could get there and back by the time the Pizza was done. We thanked him, and made for the ATM. So, FYI… Cash only here kiddos. We returned with some cash about the time the pizza was ready. Since we really didn’t have anywhere to be, we decided to eat there in their waiting area. Older Gentleman gave us some napkins and forks. After the obligatory Unilocal photo, we dug into the za. I have no idea how they made breakfast pizza. In no way, shape or form can I replicate this wonderful creation. The eggs were fluffy, the crust was crisp. The ham and cheese were also a wonderful addition to the medley of flavors goin on in my mouth. I wish I could make this. So good. Yet, also several hundred miles away from my home. So Mom and I sat quietly and ate breakfast pizza in the tiny pizza place. We watched as a handful of customers came in to the place. Each of them commented on the pizza we were eating, and let us know how much they loved it. They warmly greeted the older gentleman, as if they’d been here frequently. So I do agree with the locals, the pizza is very tasty, the employees are kind, and seem to be genuinely loved by the local community. Good job Buffalo Pizza & Ice Cream. I’ll certainly be back when I visit again.

I can only give it 4 stars because i never tried the breakfast pizza which everyone seems to review about, nor have i had their regular pies. But i do remember ordering french bread pizza there whuch i love very much! It reminds me of the ten pound bun pizzas that were sold at the state fair. The ice cream is pretty good, but then again its hard to go wrong with rocky road. And to be honest, i think i prefer to eat a french bread pizza than any other kind of pizza from anywhere! But that might be just my taste buds! Find out and let me know what you think! ;)

Not just pizza for breakfast — it’s BREAKFASTPIZZA. And it is gold. Most of the time they’ll deliver to Downtown/Midtown unless they are short staffed. Remember to call and make sure they’re delivering before you get your heart broken. They only take cash, which is kind of annoying but I’m willing to work with that. We usually get a large half chorizo and tomato and half mushroom and spinach. It nourishes our hungover asses and reheats well in the oven. Do it, you won’t be sorry.
