Pizza Hut

I ordered bread sticks and pasta from Pizza Hut on 2200 16^th st Sacramento ca. I ordered 2 extra marinara sauces one in which was full of mold and sour! It was white on top! Beware! I complained and they refused to come back and get it to see for them selves, and make sure more customers don’t get this spoiled product. I ate some before I realized. They blew me off! Left a message with corporate. So midtown friends don’t eat or order from there. I am contacting the health department

I haven’t had too much problems with this place. My only complaint is the parking. It literally sucks so sometimes you have to park on the street. This is the only location that has got the airy crunchy crust down, not sure why the other ones I’ve been to don’t know how to do it. I do have to say I eel like their medium pizzas are super tiny for some reason compared to other pizza huts. My order is always on time and the employees I’ve run into we’re really nice.

I order online a pizza, wings and chocolate dessert at 748pm for a 813pm pick up. I show up at 830pm, they told me to wait. 10 minutes later, everything was ready.
Amy apologize for the wait, gave me a 2 liter sodas and a $ 10 dollars coupon for next time that is amazing. That is what i call service and we need more people like Amy. Thank you Amy for doing this.

I ordered a pizza from this pizza hut at 2:30 pm. I was told it would be delivered in 1 hour. after a 2.5 hour wait and no pizza I called to find out what’s going on. I was placed on hold for 10 mins and then told that they NEVER took an order from me… keep in mind that I just hit redial to find out what happened to the pizza I ordered with my credit card and my card was charged. I was told my call went to a call center in Kansas and they never got the order… well now I get to call the bank and cancel my credit card. pizza hut SUCKS. and I’ll never spend my money there again. if you’re smart you won’t either. If I could give zero stars I would.

Well I just called them to order a large stuffed crust I’m exactly 4.1 miles away and they said that west sacramento is out of their delivery range even tho I told them the adress and how close I am needless to say ridiculous. It’s no wonder they only have two stars their terrible.

Waited for over two hours for delivery. This location needs to hire more drivers.
For $ 40, I could have went to a gourmet pizza place in midtown

Not a fan of this location. Ordered a pizza to-​go and was given a wait time of about 30 minutes. I was there with a friend and we indicated that we would be waiting outside and the staff could see that we were outside (cashier said they would tell us when our order was ready). After about 45 minutes had gone by, we went inside to see if our order was ready and it took them about 10 minutes to ‘find’ our order and when we finally got it, the pizza was not fresh at all. It had definitely been sitting for a while. I would recommend going to another location or different pizza chain if you’re in the area.

I ordered on a weekend for a scheduled pick up at 9:15pm, and by the time I got there the pizzas were lukewarm so you know they weren’t fresh from the oven.
I also ordered garlic and ranch sauces at the register, which were both 50 cents extra and I paid for them, but they weren’t put in the boxes when I checked at home so I paid extra for nothing. Double check you have everything at the store!!!
If you order online from this store you can only pay while you’re in the store.
Just a caution for those who aren’t familiar with the area– depending which way you’re coming from just take note that the store is located on a one way street and has awkward parking so make sure you’re driving in from the correct angle.
Parmesan cheese and red chili flake packets are free but unlike papa johns you don’t get the yellow peppers or sauces included.
(Get the stuffed crust with asiago cheese!)

I never regret ordering from this pizza hut! The customer service is good even on busy nights like the weekend. They have endless creative toppings and I can almost finish a whole pizza in one setting! Food is hot with a lot of flavor!

Ordered two large pizza from them and the total was 34.00. This would be an acceptable price for two large pizzas if they were indeed large. The pizzas I received were the size of a small store bought pizza and IMHO weren’t that great tasting. When I call this location the average wait I’m told is around 1 hour 30 minutes which is absurd. I would not recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. If you live in Curtis park or midtown/​downtown area call up Giant pizza off Broadway and 27^th.

Better than I expected. Very excited about the larger variety of options compared to my past experiences at Pizza Hut. But still… it’s Pizza Hut.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money!!!

They told me it would take 45 mins. I got my pizza in 35. I’m not even mad. When the pizza showed up, I was thrilled to chow down on it. It was decent. Who cares. I shared with my 3 friends on the roof. We all happy. So yeah. It was quicker than most. But what about the taste? It’s Pizza Hut ! It’s fine ! I wish they would give us some paper plates and cups though. But whatever. I’m not mad.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever done business with. Pizza is ALWAYS delivered cold, but it’s the only Pizza Hut nearby that delivers, so I usually reheat it when it arrives without complaint. Tonight, the pizza was delivered cold with uncooked spinach unevenly thrown on top of it. I ordered a 4 topping pizza and there was nearly no toppings under the spinach. I have ordered pizza from this location with spinach multiple times and never has it arrived raw. I called the location to complain and they were mediocrely apologetic. In the end, we had to drive to the location to drop off the cold disgusting pizza in order to get a refund. The manager didn’t even have the sensibility to send the delivery driver back who was likely only a few blocks away. Needless to say, I am relieved there is a new Dominos nearby and will no longer order food from Pizza Hut.

The staff are new so it is really not fair to grade them on their speed at this time. They are still learning the ropes on how to move fast and efficiently.
I ordered a pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, basil, olives, mushrooms and chicken. The pizza crust is thin which I suppose is a good thing but it just doesn’t have any flavor on its own. The dough could use some herbs to add flavor. Same with the red sauce; it was very bland and boring.
The price is nice. You can share a pizza with a friend and enjoy lunch for less that $ 4.00 a piece. Such a great deal, but you don’t want to be known for… you get what you pay for.
Overall, it served its purpose but without any adjustments I don’t see it as your go to place for pizza. It has a lot to work on in order to stand up against downtown’s ever growing number of good eateries. I hope the owners read their customer’s reviews; makes some changes and becomes a solid location.

I really like their deep dish pizza, especially when they add a lot off butter or grease while it is baking. It makes the crust extra crispy and buttery. Recently, I tried the bacon crust. Not bad at all. This location is really small, there isn’t much room to sit and wait.

I should have read the Unilocal reviews before I ordered from this place. The bad reviews are not a coincidence. My food took over an hour to be delivered. The delivery guy said «it’s all in there!» And walked away. The food was luke warm. I did not receive any napkins or condiments. To top it, off I ordered honey BBQ wings and chicken ON my pizza and did not receive either. I called to talk to an employee and she aggressively told me that I didn’t order honey BBQ wings or chicken on my pizza and that I could pay more, if I wanted it. I Told her that I could read it on my receipt clear as day. She simply says «I don’t see that on my end.» I will not argue with incompetent employee. I will take my business else where.

There’s really no excuse for how pathetic this location really is. The last 3 times I’ve ordered from here they took more than an hour and a half to get here (2 hours and counting as of right now, today), the pizza arrived cold and once our wings didn’t even have any sauce on them when they eventually did arrive.
Their service is terrible, the drivers are slow, they mess up your order and in every single way exemplify incompetence. This is their 3^rd strike for me so that’s the last I will be doing any business with them and probably any Pizza Hut ever again. I’d give them negative stars if that were possible. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place like the plague.

There are a few simple things this Pizza Hit location could do to improve the average Unilocal ratings to at least mediocre (3-​stars).
1) Be consistent. I’d rather have consistently mediocre pizza than all over the place.
2) Focus on delivery times and make sure your drivers are actually using the thermo bags. 55 mins on a 35 min estimated delivery shouldn’t result in a cold pizza. I just watched the guy remove the pizza from the trunk without the thermo bag which explains why the pizza was nearly cold. I don’t mind waiting 10 – 20 minutes more, but that shouldn’t result in a crappy pizza.
3) Parking is insane at this location, but since you can’t control that problem tell your delivery guys that they don’t have priority (the customers onsite do) and their attitude is unnecessary.
I usually do take out and I can’t count the number of times the delivery guys have given attitude because they have had to wait for me to move or haven’t been able to park immediately. It’s the nature of the location, but it shouldn’t become a consistent problem for the customer.
4) The price may be right, but I’m considering going elsewhere for a more consistent experience. It’s worth a few bucks more.

Every time i order from this location, they get the order wrong. It’s one thing to accidentally bring a regular coke rather than diet (which happens) but to completely put the wrong toppings on the pizza… I mean come on. That’s all your job consists of… Putting topping on and throwing it in the oven. Read the damn tickets.
