Decided to give these guys another go after staying away for almost 3 years. I decided to bump them up one star. I wouldn’t say the food is super tasty, but it is decent. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but if you’re in the area and are in the mood for some Chinese food I would definitely stop by. Portions are good for the price. I thought the chow mein(Hong Kong style) was absurdly priced, so I stayed away from that even though that is usually one of my go to’s. The service is courteous and friendly. They have a soda fountain out where you can access it, but they are pretty good at making sure you don’t go thirsty.

No star!!! I ordered vegetable chow fun. There is no flavor in it and on top of that it’s freakin expensive for just a vegetable chief fun $ 8.41 that’s ridiculous! never again am I going back there. I’m n top of that I wanted a cup of water. She said I would have to charge me 25¢ for that. Seriously?!

Your friendly neighborhood Chinese place! They have a great combo deal that runs from 11am to 3pm. I’ve become a regular & they are always just as kind & helpful!

Always an awesome Chinese spot conveniently located near one of my favorite grocery stores. Panda Garden is always fresh, friendly and has amazing tofu dishes. For vegetarians, there are a number of options and virtually any dish can be converted to a fried tofu option. I love their easy call-in/take-out and appreciate the consistently good food.

Got the House Chow Mein and Wor Won Ton soup. Both were very bland. Didn’t even finish the soup. Though, I like how the kitchen is nice and open and they had good customer service.

The service here is great. The restaurant is clean, the food good, and all at the right price. The lunch combinations are a good deal. When I pick up dinner from here, I usually have enough for at least two nights — can’t get better than that.

Fast, fresh, and soooooo delicious. I crave their dishes at least once a week. Their orange chicken is perfect, not to sweet, and crisp. Their fried rice dishes. YUM! Their salt and pepper fried & battered Shrimp with green beans and jalapeños…great… except they need to put a little more shrimp. Every thing is really good. The place is always clean and honestly don’t know why they aren’t as busy as L&L next door because their food is a lot healthier. The prices can’t be beat as well. Dinner for two for less than $ 20, which is why we can go here once a week when the craving hits. :) I’m a definite fan of this place. The only con I could think of is that they close early… @ 9 p.m. We are usually running to get in on time but they have always accommodated us.

I would give it a 5 star, but there customer service sucks! I asked the lady who runs the place a question, and she responded back rude and did not give us the normal size and portion they normally give. I used to go eat here a lot but these last few times I went I am not happy with there service. Customer service is the most important thing in order to keep and run a business and she will close if she doesn’t treat her customers respectfully and walks around looking mad doesn’t even smile while greeting the customer. PANDAGARDEN U SUCKNOW!!!

Great service, though they do not deliver… just a heads up. We ordered chicken chow mien, sweet and sour pork, fried rice, broccoli beef, and pot stickers. The total was $ 40.15. Ouch… The chow mien had really thick noodles, so I felt like it was all starch and fat. The sweet and sour pork was good, had a thick breading, but yummy sauce. The broccoli beef was my favorite item that we ordered. Fresh and tasty. The pot stickers had a dough on them that was way too thick, but good filling. And the pork fried rice was super good too.

I absolutely love their House Fried Rice; although not being much of a beef person, I ask them to substitute broccoli, & it’s made to order, so fresh & delicious! I usually get the orange chicken, or hot & sour soup, which I also love. Can’t speak to the other dishes there, but for the price you get extremely generous portions, fast & attentive service, & it’s always worked out well for me.

This is the type of American Chinese place that makes Chinese food seem horrible. The food was bland and boring. It was so heavily breaded that there was hardly any meat. I would NOT go back!

Just moved out to the Sacramento area and decided to try this place since I saw the reviews on Unilocal.I must say this is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had! Orange Chicken and General’s Chicken are very delicious. The potstickers are incredible as well. Not too bad price wise, but it’s all worth it. So glad I live close by, because I’ll be coming here often!

I’ve always wanted to try this place so I finally stopped in for the Orange chicken lunch special. I called it in and it was ready within 10 minutes and the customer service was good. I was surprised to see that right behind the counter is the kitchen so you can watch them cook everything up which is cool. There was nothing special about the fried rice or chow mein, it was bland. The Orange chicken was good and their egg rolls aren’t bad either. Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great, I will eat there as again when I’m in need of something quik and cheap. If you have the funds and are willing to pay more the Nugget is next door and has awesome Chinese!

Food is here is nothing I’d want to eat again: overlooked, flavorless, breaded meats, too much teriyaki sauce, and very bland salad. Wish I can say I like this place — too bad!

Got takeout from here because I read the good reviews. Hot and sour soup was the best thing we ordered. Would order that again. The Mongolian beef was full of onions, lots and lots of onions. The beef was grissily. I also got the orange chicken and that was ok. Nothing special, just ok.

From the outside, it’s essentially just another fast-food Asian restaurant. But I gave this place a try and went inside. And, um, it’s essentially just another fast-food Asian restaurant. Only not that fast. The inside of the restaurant is pure fast-food. Order at the counter, waiter service only as an afterthought. Waiters are nice and friendly, and despite not being native speakers, understood my order and supplied me with my food accordingly. But the food… it was good, for Panda Express. It was not restaurant good. For the amount of time it took to make the food, I was expecting a bit more. At least it’s fresh, I guess… I found bits of noodle and small alien«chunks» in the sauce I could only guess were MSG bits. This makes me question if the food actually tasted good or if I was MSG-fooled. Ergo, the verdict for my return is negative. They do have a television in the dining area. All the accouterments of fast food, without the speed. Awesome.

If you’re Chinese, you would know this place is NOT good! The food was very bland. I tried adding some red chili sauce to it for some flavor, but it turns out their red chili sauce was sour? So it made my food taste even worse! 2 stars for fast service, cheap prices and large portions. Other than that, there’s not much to like about this place. Drive further down to Freeport Blvd. There’s probably a better selection of Chinese food there.
