Awesome customer service and tasty food! I ordered two ultimate cheeseburger combos to share with my roommate and when I got home, I was not let down. Definitely coming back! :)

Stopped by here while I was taking my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. I just wanted to grab a quick snack to eat so I came in with him on a lease and held him while looking at the menu. Mind you, he’s a small 9lb poodle and I keep him very well-​groomed and cleaned. However, the lady behind the counter said she couldn’t serve me with my dog here. She was very rude and I only wanted some fries to go and would’ve left and been on my way. But she still refused to serve me, which I thought was weird because I’ve seen homeless people coming into this establishment a lot and they have dogs with them and get served anyways. Wow. Horrible experience overall. I’m never coming back to this location again.

I love Jack in the Box. I actually eat it almost every day at lunch. But every time I come at night, the food is just crap. The meet is so dry, like it’s been cooked over and over again. Or it was probably sitting for hours. I’m not sure the real reason why its so dry. The fries are always extra crispy and crunchy. I know it’s the night shift ppl that work there. They rush you when taking orders, no customer service at all. Someone needs to manage the night shift better. Or else I’ll just go somewhere else when I get the late night munchies.

I love Jack in the Box but this location was horrible. It took about 5 minutes of me standing at the counter for an employee to notice I was there. Finally my order was taken, I got the buttery jack and my boyfriend got the cheddar buttery jack. After 10 minutes (there was no one in line before us) we got our food. The burger was nothing but a pile of butter and beef. This location needs some work.

This Hindu woman had an attitude problem, could barley speak correctly and barley any English. constantly asking the same question when I throughly told her and clearly told her my answer regarding an order. Then she doesn’t even bother informing that they ran out of jalapeños until I GET TO THE WINDOW. Horrible service.

Tried this butter sauce burger thing and wow, bring napkins and prepare for diabetes but that butter sauce is ridiculous. So good! Plus you can get it at six in the morning because Jack n the box conveniently allows selection of the entire menu morning, afternoon and night

I love jack in the box. I do think there are some better suited than this one but it is close by and convenient. They do seem to mess up orders a lot even if you just get a standard #1 with a soda and fries. But I do tend to go back because I love the foodz just try to get the orders right guys!

No napkins?! No hot sauce?! And they almost forgot my egg roll! I’d give a one, but their bathroom was surprisingly clean.

I am a big fan of Jack In The Box, and this location is very near where I work. However, I refuse to purchase or eat anything here. I’ve had several terrible experiences ranging from mistaken orders, awful milkshakes, moldy buns, severely burnt chicken and a large number of flies in the facility itself. Unfortunately, I haven’t really had any GOOD experiences here, though not for lack of trying. I will not be back to this location. ICK!

It’s really a hit or miss when I drive through here.
Sometimes I get my food, sometimes my meal is off by an item or two.
It’s alright for a fast-​food spot, a whole of a lot better in comparison to others in the area!

Went through the Drive Thru at 2am on a Monday morning. The guy at the window seemed totally baked out of his mind. The food took a minute to get to us, however the fries were fresh and the food was good.

I never write reviews for fast food, but I am for this place! Great service from Evelyn and Ricardo! The cook was even sweet! Good job guys! I’ll be coming back!!!

I had a coupon for a free smoothie, so I jumped on my bike and road up Stockton Blvd, coupon in my pocket… I checked to make sure I had the coupon a couple of times on the way there, cuz shoot, it could have fallen out of my pocket ya know. yep I was that excited! Something icy, sweet and free… hellz yeah. so get their, locked my bike on the rack. loved that. so i am standing there looking at the 3 choices, omg! do i want mango, strawberry banana or orange? Mango was sounding tantalizing. I get my free smoothie (normally 3 bucks) and took a sip, seriously a sip, and immediately got the olé throat freeze, so I’m riding my bike home in pain & can hardly exhale nor can I get the nasty taste out of my mouth. Fuck you mango tease smoothie with your promise of sweet mango island exoticness. you suck!
