IHOP

We came to have our lunch and was surprised to see the «empty» restaurant, like only we and one more table was occupied. Usually I have only seen overcrowded and big queues inside IHOP. But this was against my expectations!!! But service was good and food was really yummy!

I cannot even give this restaurant 1 star. The post would not post if I didn’t give a star. From the beginning the service was horrible. My husband and I sat down no one came to our table for 15 minutes. I finally got up and went to the front desk and asked where is our server? Our sever shows up and we ordered our drinks. It took 42 minutes from the time we sat to finally get our drinks ordered. I ordered coffee the gentleman brought the coffee and I had no utensils. It took him more than 5 minutes to bring utensils to our table. I finally take a drink of my coffee and it was bitter/​burnt. Then the bring our food and it’s not even our food.

Sitting down in a crowded atmosphere can be a bit overwhelming and uncomfortable but even at full capacity on a Sunday, this IHOP was spacious and the immediate service was outstanding! Upon being seated, I was greeted with a warm-​hearted smile by Kimberley. She was attentive, efficient, and kept things rolling.
At the time, I wasn’t sure of what I’d wanted just yet. Noticing this, she kindly recommended the Colorado Omelette claiming it to be one of her favorites. After she had informed me of a few other choices; I had decided to get her favorite.
Thank you Kim, the meal was amazing as was my morning. You rule. I will surely be leaving a nice tip for you!

I used to be very faithful to ihop. But every time I went almost no one was in there and the food took so long almost always an hr wait. I love eating breakfast with warmed up syrup and most restaurant give you one automatically. They don’t. I have to ask and when I ask they always give attitude. Servers are average. Food isn’t even that good. Go two more blocks down to Mel’s diner. Way faster and better food.

Sooo I normally only leave positive feedback but my visit yesterday was so irritating. So all last week I was craving ihop. So sunday was ended up being the lucky day. I always order the same thing. 2+2+2 (2 eggs 2 sausage links 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pancakes) the waitress asked me how I like my eggs… I replied «Fresh hardboiled eggs please, I know it may take a little longer. I don’t mind the wait «she replied «ok fresh hardboiled eggs no problem» Sooooo about 10 minutes later I received my food. And in a separate bowl there’s 2 GREEN hardboiled eggs. I instantly ask «oh were these made fresh?» She replies yes, and proceeds to walk away. So I take my knife to cut it open (because I’ve never had green eggs before) I take a bite of it and it takes exactly like a pickle!!! This is one of the reasons why I specifically ASKED FOR FRESH HARDBOILED EGGS. I assume these ones were prepared earlier in the day for salads or whatever but they definitely weren’t made to order. So I put them to the side and wait for the waitress to come back. Being that she knew I wasn’t happy she never came back to my table. So I flagged her down after about 10 minutes. I explained to her that these eggs are green they aren’t fresh. She simply said ok. No apologies or nothing. She just took them in the back. She later came out about 5 minutes later saying «The Manager said we’ll make you fresh ones» by this point I didn’t want them. I didn’t trust what there version of «Fresh» was anymore. I mean the service was just horrible. I lost my appetite and was ready to go. I’ve been here several times and this was the third time I came to this location and that happen. I’m not Dr. Sues I don’t like green eggs and ham. Sooo disappointed. Won’t be back to that location. Don’t go. It’s not worth it.

The staff here is always pleasant! Food is delicious and fast! Gennifer is super sweet

Wow! Really great Colorado Omelet… big, pulled pork, ham, sausage, bell, onion, salsa, cheddar, the works! Plus include yummm blueberry pancakes…3^rd time… consistently delicious! Sever Tasha was very friendly!

Solid service. Solid food. Never had any issues at this location, and regardless of how busy, service and food times remains barely unchanged. It’s a go to spot when we’re trying to be lazy on a budget.

The one star is for the efforts of the only employee who cares AT ALL about the customers here. The hostess is slow. The busser is slower. Inefficient, lackadaisical, glowering. Not a great vibe at all. The food took almost an hour to get to us. We ordered at 10:30am on a Wednesday, so it wasn’t exactly the Sunday rush.
There was one server in the floor almost the entire time we were there. The kitchen staff seemed to be overwhelmed as well.

The service is mediocre, almost expected with IHOP franchises. I came as a party of 2, we did in fact get seated within 4 minutes of arrival.
The coffee is very watered down. Nothing you can blame the location for but for a breakfast-​known restaurant, it is disappointing to have such low quality coffee.
I asked for the 2×2×2 with is a few cents less than $ 9. This includes 2 pancakes, (I chose…) 2 tiny bacon strips, and 2 eggs — I chose to go for Over Medium. What I received was over easy eggs. The pancakes are a bland taste.
Overall, disappointed. Can’t blame my server Kim for trying but I did complain while she was around, she did not pay any mind to this. If ever in the downtown area, go somewhere else. This was a disappointing visit to ol’ IHOP.

The employees here have a difficult time ringing up one single item. Some of us are doctors, nurses, police, or firefighters, but your job is sooooo hard. You deserve that 15 an hour raise.

Dropped by here late last night for a quick bite and some coffee.
Ordered some over easy eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and toast. Topped with their never-​ending coffee! Hit the spot! The eggs were cooked to perfection! Hashbrowns were delightfully crispy. Sausage seemed a little burnt/​old, though.
Our server – I believe her name was Lasabra, had the best customer service skills. She checked in on us, smiled, laughed, and joked with us, etc. The best! Many of the other staff members were walking sround like they didnt want to be there. No smile, eye rolling, and attitude. o_​O
It got a little rowdy when kids came in, but kids will be kids! Being that it is downtown – note that around 2am – all the people from bars and clubs will probably be lining up here!

Great service from Lasabra, she did amazing and was super friendly. The quality of attentiveness and attention to detail, is why I gave it for 4 stars. The other servers were not as friendly and nice.
The food was excellent and was a bit crowded, that is why they do so well.

I could eat two meals! These portions are too small and a little over priced! I do enjoy the coffee and the waitress is awesome. Her name is Tashah!?! Thanks I Hop! I’ll be back! The strawberry pancakes were the right price! I’ll be back.

Geno was the most professional, cordial and attentive server that works at IHOP.
Food was standard and coffee was great.

We arrived at ihop at about 3pm on a Sunday afternoon.
We were seated right away…
It took 15 minutes for anyone to approach us for our drink orders. It wasn’t busy at all. The servers kept walking by our table.
Finally a lady room our order.
We got our drinks right after we ordered.
My friend asked for cream for her coffee.
The server said yes… After waiting another 20 minutes for cream, we asked another server who brought it right away.
There was about 10 people in the place so it wasn’t busy

I did not know this location was here until I passed by on a morning we were looking for breakfast. Staff friendly and service fast. Same menu IHOP is IHOP so don’t pass this one by. It’s a little old interior and parking on side street or small parking lot. We ordered bacon, eggs and hotcakes HOT & DELISH!

Came here late 11:00pm after attending a concert. Walked in and several dirty tables, only 3 people in the place and one server who appeared to be lost. We were hungry so we thought we’d just order something simple…
Ham and cheese omlets with American cheese. Easy, right? Nope… They don’t have American cheese. Ok. We went with cheddar. Meals come out we start to eat. Omlet has the white gooey stuff inside of it that was gross!
We had enough, went to the register, passed 9 still dirty tables and up front were lets just say people under the influence.
We couldn’t get out of here fast enough.

I’ve tried to come to IHOP for breakfast a few times since moving to midtown, but every time I drive by it’s packed. We finally got lucky on a day when the rain apparently kept other IHOPers at home.
We were seated and given waters and coffee immediately, had our orders taken as soon as we were ready, and our food was delivered in less than 10 minutes. I got a chicken and white cheddar crêpe with bacon and tomatoes (did I ever think I’d be eating a crêpe at IHOP? Not really!) which turned out to be surprisingly delicious.
Fast and polite service, yummy food and reasonable prices for a chain restaurant. This IHOP is a good option if the wait’s not too long.
