I am a single girl who lives in a rented house and know absolutely nothing about water heaters. I totally freaked when my water heater went out and stopped working. This was at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon! I called Trevor at Flash Water Heaters, he was there within an hour and explained that the thermocouple needed to be replaced to my landlord and I about possible replacements and also did an excellent clean up job after fixing it. My landlord was really impressed with Trevor and is now going to have him install a tankless water heater! He’s a really great guy who was very sweet and patient. Thank you guys!

I absolutely recommend these guys! My water heater was leaking water in the morning so I called Flash Water Heaters and they found a replacement of the same type and came out to install it that same afternoon. It was expensive, But they found the hot water heater I needed and got it done so I would not need to take another day off work. It was worth it. 5 stars!

Greg has to be the nicest plumber ever! The pilot light went out on our water heater over the weekend. Even though Greg had to make a special trip out he refused to let us pay. We will definitely be using his services again next time we need plumbing help.

I called Flash Water Heaters on a referral from a friend and boy, am I glad I did! Not only were they polite and respectful, but they were efficient and helpful in fixing the leak in my heater! Service was fast and top-​quality. Thanks Flash Water Heaters! I’ll be coming back for sure if I ever need anything else done, and I recommend you all do too!

Flash water heaters was called to repair a hot water heater that wouldn’t stay lit. It turned out to be a simple reset button that we were unaware of and only took a few minutes to get things going. Because we had to pay for the hour of work, the plumber did some clean up maintenance on the hot water heater we wouldn’t have been able to do. We appreciated the extra effort ;)

Greg was quick to respond to my call, came over the next day (right on time) and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the broken valve on our hot water heater. He also pointed out something the previous homeowner did wrong installing the hot water heater that could be a carbon monoxide hazard, and showed my husband how he could fix it himself. We were very satisfied.
