Burgers and brew has nothing on this place(maybe the beers) :D. I am always on the lookout for the next best burger, and right now… this is it. I had the bacon cheese burger with blue cheese instead of the smoked cheddar. It was superb!

Okay, so this place was delicious. Stopped in on a drive through to San Francisco and was in the mood for a good burger. Burger was delicious; but the buffalo chicken fries — I’ve been craving them ever since. Also, the drinks were very reasonably priced. The only thing that sucks was we drove/walked around trying to find this place. «Burgertown» is apparently inside«Mangos». So go inside«Mangos», plop down at a table and you’ll get a «Burgertown» menu.

Had the lamb burger and chili cheese fries. Delicious. The burger was nice and lean, not greasy, not messy. Chili cheese, not messy, not after taste. The place was nice and clean. Staff were great, very good customer service. A few tv’s to watch sports. I recommend this place.

I ordered the cilantro burger for pickup using Unilocal’s Eat24 app. I think there was probably a miscommunication between the app service and Burgertown, because I never got a call about when my burger would be ready. I waited about 20 – 30 minutes and drove down, and a very nice lady, I think she’s the bartender, had it ready and waiting for me. She told me that she included fries and utensils, and let me know that she didn’t know how to contact me to ask how I wanted my burger cooked so she guessed medium. She was really sweet and seemed very wishful about me liking her food. And it was pretty good! The cilantro sauce was a nice addition and the beef patty was well-cooked. Solid bun and french fries. And also — way more filling than it looks. I had a hard time finishing.

This place rocks!!! Phenomenal food at a good price with good customer service! I will definitely be coming back here! Amazing burgers, the guacamole burger and the jalapeño burger are delicious. You will not be disappointed if you stop by here.

My fiancé and I have a list of restaurants to try and Burgertown was on the list. So we went by Friday during happy hour. This was a nice place inside and had outside sitting. The service was awesome, we sat outside and the waiter came out several times to check on us. Now the food, my fiancé had the Cheeeburger. Said it was pretty good, it was big for only are half and saved the rest to take home. I had the Bacon cheeseburger. Bacon was crispy, nice. It was pretty big, I ate it all. Both burgers were juicy. We had regular fries, was good, but wanted to at least try curly fires or onion rings, maybe next time. Overall, would come back.

Popped in here on a Saturday after the farmers market. They weren’t all that busy so service was quick and attentive. We started out ordering curly fries with cheese(which wasn’t on the menu). They ended up throwing 2 slices of hamburger cheese on top of the curly fries. I would have preferred shredded cheese but it was still damn tasty, ranch on the side. To drink I had a Bloody Mary which was pretty good and my companion had some spin off of a Moscow Mule which was ginger beer, captain Morgan’s and lime– he loved it. To eat I had the cilantro cheeseburger and my companion had the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger. They were both very tasty and HUGE. I like how they serve it with a big knife sticking in the top. Unique! We both ate about less than half. It was super messy so I would have appreciated a paper sleeve or something but oh well. Needless to say we have plenty of leftovers. :-)

When I walked into the restaurant, three middle aged men stared at me for a really long time. It was pretty awkward. I almost went into Pee Wee Herman mode and yelled«Take a picture it will last longer!» Almost… I made sure the waitress seated me as far away from them as possible. Around the corner at the other end of the building. After escaping that awkward situation, I ordered what turned out to be a very good burger. I had the mushroom and swiss burger. It arrived on a plater and looked to be the size of a small birthday cake! I was impressed. It’s hard to find a good ½ pound burger with fries in a nice restaurant for under $ 10.00. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger with sweet potato fries. It was a very filling burger. I had a hard time finishing my fries it was so big. The flavor was good, the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious. My only minor criticism is that the bun was a little too big. I had a hard time getting my mouth around it. All in all, a good eat’n experience.

Our waiter Michael was fantastic. Burgers were cooked to order. Super juicy but not soggy at all. Meat was seasoned wonderfully. Good portions for the extremely reasonable prices. Fun happy hour menu 2 – 7 everyday, And live music on the patio every Sunday. We would definitely come back.

Lettuce be honest, meat-ing you this first time wasn’t a complete mis-steak. What can I say… it comes as a sur-fries to say it was just A-OK. With a name like ‘Burgertown’ how can I not order their specialty? Of course I had to try it, medium-rare, seasoned fries, BBQ sauce on the side because why not ~ MUSHROOMS&ONIONSSWISSBURGER($ 9.95) — ½ pound, served with swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms & onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on a local daily bun. It’s got the anatomy of a decent burger. Thick, but not so flavorful and juicy. Beef patty underseasoned. Toppings a bit stingy(I wanted more ‘shrooms’n’onions!). It wasn’t bad, let’s get that straight. It just made me think«hmmm…I made this that one night… at home… with leftover bread and frozen ingredients…» Fantastic service. Cheery gal. I bet I’d get a better experience next time I come around. There were a lot of items on the menu that would warrant that second try.

Ended up here on a rainy Saturday after deciding against waiting in line for a table at Raijin. So glad we didn’t stay there, because we were able to try a new place instead! Burgertown is a bar/restaurant located inside of Mangos, which I heard is a nightclub… I’m guessing Burgertown by day, Mangos by night? The menu has tons of options for burgers and fries, and your usual salad, sandwich, and soup options. They even serve brunch on the weekends — different kinds of omelettes, French toast, and crepes! Definitely wouldn’t have expected Burgertown to be a brunch spot. I wasn’t feeling a whole burger so I went straight to the loaded fries. All of them sounded really good, and I looooove loaded fries. Almost went for the fries with over easy eggs but I decided on the Mexican fries instead — can’t turn down my two buddies, guac and pico de gallo! The food came out really fast. Service was really good(wish I didn’t forget her name!). Fries were delicious. Pricing was reasonable. The burgers looked huge and well worth the price, but I’ll definitely come back to try other loaded fries and their brunch menu!

Burger should have been my middle name. I eat them enough, I almost feel synonymous with them. Well, maybe I should add bacon and cheese to that name too. Anywho, no one, not one person mentioned to me a new spot called«Burgertown». I happened to find it while randomly perusing Unilocal.Obviously, it was ‘bookmarked’ upon discovery. If you live on the Grid, trying new places is a way to spice it up. So when it was time to pick a spot for dinner last night, I went straight to my bookmarks. It has a decent rating. I didn’t pay any attention to where it was actually located. When we were getting closer, I realized it was on the doomed corner. I call it the doomed corner, because nothing stays here for too long. There are a handful of corner properties that never keep their tenants, this is one of them! When you walk in, there is nothing fancy about this place. About as low key as you can get. A large projector screen and what looks kinda like a makeshift bar in the middle of the whole place. High table and chairs that line the windows, then regular seating near the projector. Their patio is huge with lots of seating, but it’s still February so it was too cool to sit outside. Their menu sounded delish. They only had beer listed on it, but they have a handful of BV wines and what seemed like a full bar. Or very close to it. I only know about the stuff past the beer list because I asked and we were sitting near the bar, so I could see the hard alcohol. I almost went with the tried and true, bacon cheeseburger, but the Pesto Cheese Burger was calling my name. I went with that and asked for the mushrooms on the side(gave them to J). I also couldn’t have the fries(thanks, Lent) so I went with a side salad with ranch. J ordered the Guacamole Burger with a side of the Morning Fries — two over easy eggs over fries, bacon, and cheese. Our friend ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and upgraded his fries to Garlic Fries. Oddly, on a Sunday night they were completely out of regular white buns, so we all opted for ciabatta. I really enjoyed the pesto flavor, but I was wondering if that was really mozzarella cheese on the burger. It was good nonetheless, so I really didn’t care. Ciabatta is good, but when it’s too big for the burger, you feel like you’re wasting food… all three of our plates had enough to make a full ciabatta loaf for another burger. The rest of the table enjoyed their food as well, no one was amazed by the food, but everyone was happy. If you aren’t a tomato person, you might want to not order the guac burger, they put a lot of tomatoes in the actual guac, itself. Our service wasn’t the best. It wasn’t awful, but for being really slow, our server didn’t ever really check on us. I guess you have to ask for waters(drought issue still?) if you want anything besides an alcoholic beverage. I wasn’t wow’d at all, but I’m glad I tried it. I think I’d still choose a different burger spot on the grid, if given the choice. BUT I will go back to try one of the fry options they have, they all sounded so good and the fries looked nice and crispy, just how I like it. Maybe I’ll go for fries and a bebida, sounds like a good game plan. Bugertown, on the map, but not ON the map!

I’m always looking for great places to eat for lunch so it was fitting that I received a Unilocal email notifying me of great lunch spots to try near my work. I stumbled upon Burgertown because it was the closest in proximity to my work. I checked the reviews and decided to enlist my friend to come with me to try it out. She’s always looking for great spots for lunch and night spots so I knew she would make a great lunch date for this particular excursion. We drove to Burgertown and in about 5 – 7 minutes we arrived. There were plenty of spots on the street, maybe because it was in December and there weren’t any state workers around to fight for parking spots. There are two entrances to Burgertown but of course we decided to go around the corner because we didn’t see the entrance that was right in front of us. Oh well, we got in some extra steps prior to engulfing in a burger. First thing’s first, the inside is pretty amazing. There are tvs so you can watch whatever game is on and there are more than one tv so you don’t have to fight with others to watch your favorite team play. There’s more than one bar but during the day, only the main bar is open. There’s seating at the bar so if you wanted that option, it’s open for you. There are bar stool spots open too, tables and booths. You’ve got options. The menu is pretty straight forward. There are burgers, different styles of fry options, onion rings, salads, and sandwiches. I’ve been here more than once and I am never disappointed. I’ve ordered the guacamole burger and paid extra to have«specialty» Mexican fries. My son(who was on winter break) had a bacon cheeseburger with«specialty» chicken parmesan fries. My friend ordered the pesto burger with regular fries. The special Mexican fries had salsa, guacamole, sour cream… the works. It was delicious. It was flavorful. It was tasty. My tongue and my stomach were doing the happy dance. The fries my friend had were nicely fried and crispy and you didn’t taste that oily taste that some places have. They were thick and yummy. The chicken parmesan fries were another delectable item. The chicken in the fries surprised me. They were a great addition to the fries as the fries themselves were garlic fries and then you add the bam of parmesan and chicken and the fries outdo themselves. The plate of specialty fries could be a meal or just an appetizer before drinking. Either way, you will love it so much you’d probably want to order another round. As for the burgers… oh. my. gosh. The burgers with the produce are bigger than my hands can hold. The burgers without the produce are big enough for my hands to hold. The patty(a single one) is super thick, juicy, and flavorful. Usually I need some ketchup or something to add some flavor but these patties had some great flavors surrounding it. I was pleased at first bite. The bread is local and it was nice and fluffy and gently buttered. Everything simply complimented themselves well. The bacon on the bacon cheeseburger were huge. Every bite has some bacon. I didn’t have to go chasing my bacon to have a bite of bacon in every bite. The service exceeded any and every expectation and the burgers are so delicious. You won’t leave hungry. In fact, I think I want another burger.

Pretty much another Burgers and Brew joint without as much brew BUT slightly better food. I was on a solo mission for lunch and found this place through Unilocal. Was pulling a double at work and figured a beer on my lunch break was most appropriate. Once I arrived, my server Norma informed me that it was happy hour, haaaaay! Draft beers for only $ 4 a pint. I downed that with a Guacamole Burger, upgraded my fries to garlic Parmesan and she even offered pickles with my burger! First off, my burger was amazing! My medium rare patty came out juicy and perfect, guac was good, bun was good, everything was good. As for the fries, they came topped with grilled chicken, feta, thick grated parmesan and Caesar dressing. It came loaded but I wasn’t too big of a fan, I’ll probably try their onion rings or curly fries next time! I noticed their happy hour goes from 2−7pm and they also have a few small bites on their HH menu so hopefully I’ll be back with some friends to try a little bit of everything!

I was in midtown on some business and felt the urge for a burger at late lunch. The Mango’s Burgertown had good reviews, and it did not disappoint! The venue is a bar, with ample room at daytime and good seating. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, with fries on the side. The burger arrived after a short wait and almost intimidated me with the size of it. It was huge! The taste was also huge. It was perfectly cooked and just the right amount of juicy, with very good bacon and beef. The service was friendly & professional. I will definitely go here again.

Huge burgers!!! Amazing garlic curly fries! I ordered the cilantro burger with garlic curly fries. The burger was huge! I should have split it with my girl friend as I ended up taking half of it home. The garlic curly fries were amazing. Soooo super good!!! We also ordered the regular fries… don’t waste your time with regular friez, they weren’t all that great and besides, why bother when you have amazing garlic curly fries!!! Only downside is that it is kind of expensive for a burger and fries. My burger and fries(had water to drink) was $ 12. Not a cheap lunch but it was good. Atmosphere was great. We were there for lunch but I bet it gets pretty off the hook at night with the music and large bar.

I think I may have food coma from eating here this afternoon. There was so much food! It was pretty dead inside considering we went at 12:15 pm but that could just be because of the holidays. We were seated right away and given waters. My friend ordered the cilantro burger with garlic curly fries and I ordered the jalapeño burger with onion rings. The food came out pretty fast and it was a huge portion! The garlic fries were really good and I could see garlic paste clinging to the fries. The onion rings must have been beer battered because we both tasted beer batter, thought my friend thought the onion rings were a bit too sweet for her. I liked them though. My friend’s cilantro burger was good but she said she didn’t taste any cilantro in it at all. My jalapeño burger was really good but my only complaint was that the burger was kind of cold… I’m not really sure why it would be cold? Not that it was icy cold but it just didn’t feel hot off the grill. But the burger was good and loaded with jalapeños. I would say burger town is worth a try though I’m not sure I agree that they have the best burgers in town. I like my burgers piping hot but the flavor was on point. Service was also excellent though I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the holiday season right now.

We came here to Burger town exploring the different burger places Sacramento has to offer. Thank to Unilocal, let’s give Burger town a try. Burger town definitely lives up to its name. The food was great. If someone is craving a burger, this should be one of your options. The service was awesome. Our waitress provided great customer service. The décor was modern, industrial like, with a bar in the middle of the restaurant. A great place at all times of day, from happy hour to dinner. I would go back again and try the different burgers they offer.

I’ve only been here for the famous Drag Queen Bingo, and I have nothing but compliments for the food, drinks, and rockin servers. Food Delicious, ample servings for the price point. I will happily continue to pay $ 4.50 for their small spring mix green salad with tasty balsamic vinaigrette. It didn’t have any tomatoes, cucumbers, or carrots, but I’m ok with that. My friend loved her small quinoa salad, which did include tomato wedges, onions, and cucumbers on top a bed of spinach. The fries, oh lawdy the fries were ridonkadonk! I tasted a simple seasoned fry and can only imagine what the loaded options taste like. Those Mexican fries looked fantastico covered in pepper jack, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. My friend said they tasted even better, and I’ll take her word for it. Same response with the garlic parm fries. They smelled beyond and apparently tasted it too. Drinks They have a pretty great happy hour menu, with $ 2 well cocktails and $ 2 or $ 3 pints of beer. Our server was sweet to let us know the cocktails come in a small glass so it’s best to order a tall/double for $ 4. I happily obliged and enjoyed my tasty vodka cran with a splash of lemon lime soda. Not too weak, not too strong, just right. My friends loved their cocktails as well, and I finally got to try«Not Your Father’s Root Beer». Um, yeah. Evil bottled up with a cute label. I foresee a few bottles consumed in the not too distant future. Servers I didn’t get our server’s name, but she was excellent. She had our food and drink orders correct each time for our party of 5, was courteous, and on point the entire evening. She knew the menu and offered helpful suggestions on serving sizes and ingredients. The gal who brought out our food was also prompt and didn’t need us telling her who had what. I was actually impressed at their well oiled machine they have going. We will surely return for more DQB and can’t wait for the next night out at Burgertown.
