Burger King

Claim to be open 24 hours so I went at 3am, they were open but the only workers there decided to take their lunch at the same time… Very poor time management, I wasn’t the only person who stopped by at this time either.

Ommmggggg, the drive thru was sooo slow. Slow where you can tell they were not good at taking orders and getting them out efficiently. I swear I was waiting a long time to finally order and to when I finally got my food. I only ordered a whopper junior and a small fries. When it was my turn, my order was already bagged and waiting for me… I just paid and I was out quick. So… my fries were piping hot. Did they run out of fries and had to make fries? The wait was so long! I don’t understand why. But nonetheless, my whopper Jr. was bomb.

They never make my food fresh when i ask. If im paying for my food to be fresh, it would be nice to get my order the way i asked.

Worst visit Ever!!! The drive thru forgot my sm fries, sm onion rings and cookie, when i went in to complain the lady at the counter rolls her eyes like its my fault they forgot something., The Guy from drive thru comes over to her while she is getting my stuff and hands him the only onion rings they had left for the car in the drive thru., and basically Said i have to wait for onion rings!!! Ughhh! I went drive thru because i don’t have time to wait., then gets Mad because i Tell her Just give me fríes., never apologizes nothing!!! Juat placas the bag on the counter and turns around!!! Someone needs to teach these people customer service! You work in a business that interacts with customers., change carrers if you don’t want to Deal with customers. I will never go back until they are retrained!!! P. s. the fríes they gave me were soggy and cold!!!

Thanks burger king for not putting my daughters chesse burger in the bag on her birthday. That was what she wanted for her birthday dinner.

Terrible!!! Never going there ever again! The employees are so lazy. My burger looked like crap, a cheeseburger looked better!!! Paid 7 bucks for a fucking sandwich and these bitches can’t even put in lettuce! The fuck!

I came here 2 weeks ago and I love Burger King but I really hate the trash bitches that work there, there is ONE good worker and he only works at night he’s awesome but in the daylight… Well here we go.
I came around 4 pm and there were two cars in front of us, I start to order and after the first item she asks me to wait a second and I do followed by 12 minutes of on and off conversation with her coworkers laughing and giggling and shit, then she stops and says alright what can I get you and I start again and she can barely remember every item I tell her, my sister asked for extra cheese and onions… it was like asking her a complex math equation, so I dimmed down my order and pulled up she hands me my drinks both without ice, I tell her and she snatches one and throws in 3 pieces of ice and hands it back all without saying a word, I yell to the manager to come over and she walks over slowly and asks what’s the matter, I tell her and she takes the other cup and starts pouring out my coke to make room for ice then she stops and asks if she should just start over I say yes and she grabs the cup and walks to the back for a few mins and comes back with the cup and starts pouring a drink and hands it to me and as I pull out I shake the cup and there were two pieces of ice… I come for the food and have to put up with disgusting ugly fat botched who hate their jobs and preform them poorly yet demand a pay raise to continue sucking at their jobs.
It’s the only bk nearby so I still come here but do as I would and if they treat you this way throw your dink in their faces to wash their rite aid makeup off their pockmark faces.

Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me. Girl who took my order was rude so as soon as I could get out of the drive thru I went across the street to get a real burger at In-​N-​Out. There’s a reason why there’s always a line at In-​N-​Out and never a line at Burger King.

Wow this place is a joke!!! If I could pick zero star I would!!! First off I ordered 3 things! Got to the window and was asked to pull up front to wait for my food. No biggy that’s fine! But if I’m going to wait for «fresh hot food». It better all be there! Well that’s not the case! Guy brings my food out! It’s all ice cold minus the onion rings and what do u know missing a burger! Now had i gone inside before ordering food! I would have never spent a penny here! Staff are like zombies or maybe their just to stoned to function. whoever is running this place needs a wake up call! I couldn’t even tell who the manager was! But everyone was rude and on edge, clearly none of the employees like their job! The place was filthy over run with homeless! Actually feeling sick as I write this! I’m sorry but this place should lock its doors and never reopen! Not one person apologized for my inconvenience! Thanks BK will not return!

Morning after Christmas dropped of family member at the Sacramento International Airport and aunt and I decided to hit the Arden Fair Mall to check out the sales, We are about 20 minutes early and decide to eat a small breakfast. It’s big in space. but the time has come for some updates.
The Manager on duty was taking the order from the drive thru while trying to take our order and fumbled them both. Thank goodness we only had a simple order. We ate and left

Do not go to this BK!!! It is the nastiest place. It’s so dirty inside. Lightings in the dining area is dark. The last time I took my kids there, there were a whole bunch of high school kids in there and they were cursing and swearing. It wasn’t pleasant at all. I was hoping management was going to do something about it, but NOPE. I had to take my kids out.

I would rate this place less than 1 star if I could. I suggested we go to Burger King because of the veggie burger option and I thought it would be fast and fun to have «crowns» for us & the kids.
Upon arrival, loud music was blasting. We should have left then but I just assumed it would not last long. The girl who took our order had a hard time ringing up a veggie burger meal combo.
The only good part of our experience was that we only had to wait a short time for our food to be ready and a nice guy who worked there brought it to our table.
In order to get to our table we had to walk through a restaurant full of high school or slightly older kids who were incredibly loud, yelling, screaming, swearing and saying the «N» word. It was horrible. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk. When we asked the person behind the counter if they could request the kids quiet down, we were told there was nothing they could do, that it was always this way. Be warned.
We left and will not be back.

Unbelievable. Overrun with shouting teenage thugs and management is unwilling to do anything about it. Don’t bring your kids.

So my gf and i just went to the drive thru. She ordered a mushroom whopper and i a mushroom and swiss double whopper. Her burger was fantastic but my burger was very tiny had 3 mushroom slices and 3 slices of cheese half melted onto the bottom half. Never going back again.

So here I am. Hungry. But not hungry to the point of ordering a meal. And I am not feeling the need to sit in so I hit up the drive thru. The drive thru disappointingly has but one lane, and I was ever so rudely cut in front of by the malls Parking Security. What a bitch. Am I right? Thanks for agreeing. Well I got a medium fry and a dollar cheeseburger. Quick and simple. The male in the magic voice box seemed to be in a rush. But still polite. Pulling up to the window I see the depressed young man himself. Sadly paying through life as a fast food employee, he takes my exact money that I quickly counted out, and I pull up to the next window. There is another depressed young man that seems similar in appearance to the first boy. He quickly gives me my food and says thank you. I ever so carefully pull out of the janky ass drive thru and head on my way. Sooooooo yeah. 3 outta 5.

Nice chill place. The lady Michelle took our order, she has very great customer service. She even offered me a water cup since my girlfriend only ordered herself a soda. The sauce was free and the bathrooms were clean. Not a bad place at all.

Wow this location is aweful. I came in at 8:50pm to order a simple chicken wrap. There was only one family of 2 with a small child in front of me. With that being said, I thought i was going to be in and out. Boy was I wrong. The cashier (a caucasion man) took his time taking their order and even had time talking about a specific bar at a drink that they go to. Its obvious that they knew each other. It wasnt until 9:10pm that another cashier Guillermina noticed Ive been standing quietly for 20 freakin mins that she asked to take my order. Keep in mind there was no one at the drive thru or any other customers other then me and that family of 2. That wasnt even the end of my long wait. The wrap was done right away and still that other cashier was pacing back and fourth from the drive through register to the main register. Guillermina was no where to be found. Eventually he looked up at me and asked, «have you been helped?» I said, «I have and i’m just waiting for my chicken wrap thats been sitting there.» as I pointed to the table that it was on so someone can bag it. The cashier didnt say a thing as he continued to count money. 5 mins passed and he eventually bags it and hands it to me. I said, «Thank you» and the cashier doesnt say or acknowledge anything. In total it took me 25 mins to order a chicken wrap with 1 family ordering before me and no one in the drive thru. Aweful aweful service.
When i went back to the office and mentioned what kind of experience I’ve had at this location, others seem to agree with the kind of service this location provides. My coworkers mentioned it takes a long time, and they always seem to get my order wrong. I cannot simply ignore this situation and I need to be a voice for my peers, so i’m writing this review. I hope someone out there reads this and does something about it.

1. I desperately wanted to try out their summer menu BBQ burgers (Esp the pulled pork)
2. There were many ads both inside & outside of this location advertising their summer bbq burgers (today as well)
3. so I walked in expecting to get what they’re advertising
4. the cashier told me they discontinued the summer menu 2 weeks ago.
5. I was NOT HAPPY to say the least. I had to settle for a regular whopper. WTH. i wanted to complain to a manager but i didn’t know what might happen to my food so i just decided to keep it to myself.
WHY THE HELL would you have 10 million ads all over your store about these summer items if they’ve been discontinued 2 FREAKIN WEEKS AGO and you don’t plan on selling them for another whole year?
This is FALSE ADVERTISING. This is WRONG. They’re LYING to their customers.
In addition:
–the whole restaurant is FILTHY, especially their restrooms. When I walked in, there was a homeless guy taking a «shower» at the sink. I think that’s when I decided to LEAVE IMMEDIATELY
I don’t think this location will be getting my business anymore
