Tried this for the first time last weekend. Overall, pretty darn good pizza & bread sticks. The prices are really reasonable too. My only issue was that the toppings on the pizza were a bit sparse. If you’re going to offer multi-topping deals, don’t skimp on the toppings.

For the last 10 years we’ve ordered pizza from Two Guys… up until the last few times, it was pretty good but after the last order, we won’t be calling here anymore. The pizza has changed — it just tastes terrible now. Our last two orders we noticed it — the toppings are gross, it tastes really greasy, the round pizza has gotten increasingly thin — even the square pizza is much smaller now than it used to be — like the recipe changed or they got new management or something. Not good.

It’s close by my house, and they make a solid pie. I avoid pizza chains at all costs, so it’s nice an Inde is the closest za shop to the cut. Fresh toppings and they use brick ovens which will almost always put out a better product than a conveyor belt oven. But it can also be a double edged sword as it requires a little more attention. This led to me having an over cooked square pizza once. I called them to let them know, and they tried to said it was supposed to be that way. I said no, I own a restaurant with brick ovens that used to make pizza. The bottom is not supposed to be that dark black and that hard. It was obviously overdone. Then they tried to say I had waited too long to let them know. As if that some how made it more burnt? They finally relented and offered to remake. I went in and showed them the pie and they conceded it was overdone. I know the customer isn’t always right… but make sure before you try to call them out! Anyways, that was only 1 of 10 experiences. Other than that it’s always been consistent and tasty… so please ignore the fact that most of my review was about one negative interaction!

I had been a patron of this establishment for quite some time until a fateful, long, dark and curly hair infiltrated its way into my calzone. On top of this my Greek salad came without dressing. Upon ringing up the establishment I was informed that they were ‘super busy’ so they must have accidentally forgotten the dressing and they don’t know who’s hair it could have been. Excuses aside my food was ultimately inedible. I requested a refund, but was informed no refunds were ever given. Due to my loss of appetite from nearly eating someone’s tender locks I opted for the full credit. Fast forward 2 weeks when I decide to give Two Guys From Italy another chance and am informed by the same gentleman that he noted I could only receive a free calzone. He decides to give me a $ 6.99 credit and further tells me that ‘hair falls into food all the time’, ‘mistakes happen’, ‘I would never give a full credit’, ‘the power went out that day’, etc. Judging from the rude way he was speaking to me, his enormous amount of excuses and his lack of appreciation for clientele each time I had ever called I decided not to order from them today or ever again. Be warned, the staff is rude, the food is sub par and ‘hair falls into’ their food ‘all the time’.

Had a very good delivery experience. I’m a teeny touch on the boarder where they don’t deliver and was sweet enough to do it! That says for something! The ladies on the phone were very nice. No issues!

Quite Disappointed in my pizza, considering all the great reviews. The pizza tasted like Little Caesar’s. The mushrooms were canned and the sauce was bland.

Been twice, great so far! Nice sauce, good salads, even the breadsticks are tasty and not normally into breadsticks!

Since Two Guys from Italy is just around the corner from my house I have been here several times over the last couple of years. The pizza is good. Compared to the big pizza chains, this place is usually cheaper. I typically order the pizza, salad, sticks combo. The pizza comes in either round or square, with two toppings. I usually order the square pizza. There has only been one incident where the pizza was too burnt on the bottom, but the workers provided us with a new pizza. I usually go with the Antipasto salad, with ranch dressing instead of Italian. The ranch is made in-house which automatically makes it better! They offer a lot of non-pizza items but I have not tried them.

Rude people on the phone. Told us they wouldn’t deliver to us though they have several times before because of location. Completely messed up my order and then when I called to complain told me that’s what I ordered and refused a refund. Do yourselves a favor and don’t waste your time

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Pizza was good, got extra cheese and they did not go skimpy! First delivery I’ve ever received where i almost burnt my mouth cause it was so hot. The Sicilian bread was fantastic as well. Almost 5 stars, but delivery takes 50 mins and i literally live walking distance. All being said, good stuff.

Very good food. Great bang for your buck! I’ve tried plenty of other«fast» Italian pizza joints and this is hands down the best around. I will deff be back! The calzones are superb!

Really great pizza and Sicilian sticks! Food is always fresh and ready quickly — excellent caliber of food. The place may seem like a hole in the wall, but it’s truly a diamond in the rough.

This place has really gone downhill in recent years. So much so we stopped ordering from them. I had the misfortune of trying them again a couple of months ago, then an ‘aborted’ attempt a few weeks ago.(I will explain below) Basically about 2 months ago we decided to give them another try after some really lousy experiences. They tend to make a LOT of mistakes on orders, you rarely get exactly what you ordered in my experience. This visit was no exception. I ordered a pizza with half pineapple/ham, the other half cheese. Guess what? The whole thing was finished with pineapple and nothing else! Worse, I brought this to their attention and they actually argued with me telling me that is what I ordered. The girl that took my order came from the back and said«No he ordered that, I remember.». The guy in charge continued to argue, blaming me, then blaming her. Finally saying«Fine, it’s wrong. I will make a new one.». Unfortunately I was short on time and couldn’t wait, so he said«I will give you $ 3 off your next order, don’t worry.». So I left expecting him to note my account. As for the food — at best it was ‘below average’. The pizza was dry, the cheese was pretty light, the pasta was runny, and the salad was pretty average. So we tried again a few weeks ago. I arrived to place my order and explained to ‘the guy’ what happened last time. He pulled up my account and said«Nope, no $ 3 off on your accont!». Then he asked me to describe my last order, and what was wrong — to which I did — and he verified that I at least knew exactly what I ordered last time. Then said«Sorry, I cannot give you $ 3 off, that is way too much! But I will give you $ 1 off.». REALLY??? Very insulting… So I explained to him the guy that promised me $ 3 off, exactly what was wrong, and the whole situation, and he said $ 1 is all he will do. So I explained to him that either I get $ 3 as promised for the TOTALLYWRONG pizza, or I am taking my $ 30.00 down the street to Dominoes and he won’t get a dime. He said no way he will do $ 3, it’s way too much. So I walked out. These guys will never get another dime from me again. They have gone down so far into the hole I will absolutely not recommend them again — and will street people clear of them. That aside this place is a DUMP. Food all over the floor, dirt everywhere, it’s just extremely unsanitary looking. Forget it!

I never knew there were more than 1 location for Two Guys from Italy Pizza until last night, when I accidentally ordered one from this spot. It seems they are all owned by different people, and so the taste of the pizza is totally different. The pizza at this location wasn’t «bad,» it just wasn’t «good» either. I ordered their large square special, and most of the right things were there… crispy crust, correct ingredients, lots of cheese, piping hot, on time, decent price. But it’s the taste that’s not quite there. Aside from a lot of oregano, their sauce lacks flavor, and the stuff they use to grease their pans doesn’t do the crust flavor any justice. While there was lots of cheese, the rest of the ingredients were just a little on the sparse side. On a positive note their pepperoni was very good, but that was offset by what tasted like canned mushrooms. Again, nothing I’d toss out, but nothing I’d go back for either. Based on this experience I will continue to go to the Hazel park location. They’ve got their recipe dialed in.

We took advantage of the Family Pack: a medium two-topping pizza, tossed salad, mostacioli, and garlic bread for $ 14.99. We got a round with pepperoni and mushrooms. I like their pizza, the crust is not too thick and not too thin, their pepperonis are those tasty little ones, and they use plenty of cheese. The salad was all iceberg with a couple hidden tomatoes, olives, and pepperoncinis. The mostacioli was super boring and the garlic bread was just a a hot dog bun with a garlic butter topping. I think I’d get the pizza again but skip the salad and pasta.
