I was very excited to try this salon out based on the great reviews, and then when a groupon became available I thought it was fate! I called to make an appointment with them after purchasing my groupon now and I was informed that they had no appointments available, I find this to be a very poor business practice. If you are going to sell a groupon now you should only offer a specific amount and hold that number of appointments open for the day. I have now spent $ 30 and have to wait for groupon to refund me the funds, which wont even be processed until after the groupon expires.

i have lived in southeast michigan now for almost three years and have yet to find a go-​to stylist, despite many attempts — i’ve had some decent hair cuts, but nothing that would blow anyone out of the water — however, i went to jonna today for my usual ‘do — she is FANTASTIC — she’s incredibly knowledgeable without making you feel you need to buy a million dollars worth of product — she gives you info and let’s you do with it what you please — and the hair cut… she listened to what i had to say yet used her mad skills to make it way better than i could describe — she is a perfectionist and wouldn’t let me leave the chair until i was totally happy — warning: i was a little surprised when i went into this salon and saw the precious little old ladies getting their hair done — don’t let them fool you — you will get a bad ass hair cut, better than anything i’ve received in detroit — i have definitely (finally) found my new fave hair lady
p. s. did i mention the price is ridiculously right? only $ 40 for a long-​haired cut

This salon is passable, but my hairdresser moved down the street to a much nicer place with better hours.
