Had a birthday craving for donuts so we decided to give Daily Dozen a shot. Nice location on Woodward. Kirk helped us choose 6 different donuts which were all amazing!(I had to take a bite of each one-birthday cravings) He also threw in a free birthday donut which was very nice! Honestly, this place is awesome! Highly recommended!

Cool trendy looking place. Donuts: below average. Fillings are clearly from can. Sour team donuts exception: really good.

Super good and not too pricey @ $ 1.25 per. Awesome donuts. Try the custard filled cruller. Delicious!

Finally a old school donut shop in Birmingham! Tried a few different kinds. Very fresh, not greasy and good variety. The jelly stick was a cool twist on a classic jelly donut. Solid coffee too!

Best donut shop in town. All killer no filler. Well, I take that back, there’s a lot of filler(see the custard filled donut), and it is delicious. Each different variation is it’s own unique explosion of doughy delight. Substance over presentation here. None of that gimmicky cereal covered BS. Just the doughnuts you know and love, done better. Super friendly service and world class flavors make visits here a joy. Definitely check it out!

It’s hard to be a great donut shop around here because there’s a really good classic place just down the road. But Daily Dozen manages to be on par plus some really nice creative donuts too. And they nice to dogs. If you’re nice to visiting dogs you get a bonus from me. Highlights include the cruller shaped cake donut. I don’t know what it’s called officially but it’s amazing. Their custard is really good too so anything with custard in it is going to be a winner.

Very good. Tasty, light, quality ingredients. Price is good(6 for $ 6). Décor is a little lacking– could use a couple tables and chairs, but I guess most people just run in and out.

These donuts are the bomb. If you’re in the mood for a GOOD donut, not the cheap stuff you get at Dunkin’ Donuts or Tim Horton’s, be sure to stop by this place.

As my first Unilocal review I would like to say the sour cream donut is out of this galaxy. Imagine that in your mouth. Every office I have bought these donuts for it has been very successful. Do yourself a favor, yes.

Update: continued weekly trip for coworkers. They continue to be fantastic! That is all! —— I bring donuts to my coworkers about once a week. I am totally delighted to have the Daily Dozen now open on my way to work. I’ve tried about six of there different kinds of donuts and have found all of them lovely. The most outstanding however have been the samosa, and the raised cake with chocolate dip, they have been absolutely fabulous. The comment about the owner not being super friendly I’m not sure about that one. Every time I’ve been in there everyone has been super friendly and has recognized me

After having a hankering for donuts for a few days, I decided to just give in. I read about them in an article about them being a new RO business, and I was sold. I tried a plain French crueller and a blueberry cake donut. To be honest, I rarely have donuts and it has been a while since I had one. However, the glazed blueberry cake donut was so good. It was pretty sweet, but you can taste blueberries in every bite. I liked the French crueller too, but the blueberry donut stole the show for me. I don’t know how much donuts are going for these days, but donuts are about $ 1.25 each I believe. I don’t know how often I will go on account of trying to be healthy, but if I have a donut craving, you better believe I will be there!

I’ve been going to daily dozen for 15 years and have never been so pleased! The whole family is great and will go out of their way to make you what doughnuts you want when they run out! The new shop is awesome but I still love the good ol Warren location as well! I have never had a better doughnut in my life and if you haven’t tried this place it’s a must! Great people and great vibes! The coffee is strong but who doesn’t love a strong cup of coffee!

The long awaited second location of Daily Dozen is open! They opened last week just before the Dream Cruise festivities. I do love me some donuts so I stopped in on my way to work this morning and got a custard filled crueller(yes custard filled) and a maple crunch. The very nice gentleman behind the counter even offered me a free dutch crunch donut hole, how nice. The donuts were rally fresh and super tasty. I loved them both. There were so many delicious flavors to choose from that it was hard to decide so I will have to come back soon to sample the other flavors. The shop itself is small, but you do not need much space for a donut shop, since they just opened a few days ago I think they are still decorating yet, but again, I came to grab a donut not for the interior design. The who employees were super friendly as well.
