If I could give the manager Tracey 0 stars I would. You want to argue with me when I try to ask why you a question about your pricing. I order a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. You ask what I want it on(croissant, flat bread, bagel, etc) so I order bagel. You then try to charge me for the bagel. It’s a sandwich. If I hadn’t said bagel would I have been given the ingredients without something to put them on? Strange.

If I could leave no stars, I would. This location is consistently rude. I try to just brush these things off, but not this time. These lazy girls made me hang my head and body out of the drive thru window because they refused to hand me my coffee. I’m not a dog. I don’t need to fetch. We had words, 2 different employees did this to me. No apology, just dirty looks and attitude. I don’t know who you ladies think you are, but you need to be trained on the standards of customer service. Or, perhaps just move on so they can hire someone who is willing to do their job! I’ll NEVER visit this location again.

If I could chop that star in half, I would! I finally know what Aretha meant when she sang«Chain of Fools!» On a recent morning trip here, I ordered a #5. After waiting FOREVER at the window, I was finally given my bag & drinks. Before leaving the lot, I decided I better check to see if everything was there. Of course not! They left out my hashbrowns(which happen to be THEBEST part of a DD breakfast combo). I went in with the bag & my receipt & was«greeted» by a snarling young female employee. I told her they forgot my hashbrowns, and her reply was, «You didn’t say the word combo.» I stated that I ordered a Number 5, and motioned toward the GIANT picture on the wall showing a #5 including hashbrowns and a drink. She snapped at me again, and stated that if you don’t say the word ‘combo,’ you only get a drink and a coffee. She even called another girl over as if that would help ME understand the situation better. The manager(who I later discovered is the snarling girl’s relative) came out, and stated the same ridiculousness about me not using the word ‘combo.’ I informed them that I have been to several other DD’s in the area, never used the word ‘combo’ and always left with hashbrowns. «Just give her some hashbrowns so she can get out of here!» the snarl monster said, as if I had made a covert plan to spend my entire Friday in their dilapidated workspace. I immediately called corporate and reported the incident, only to find that they are each individually owned/operated. The manager called me back & offered me a free breakfast, but I politely declined. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to avoid this dump!

Lets start with this i went in around 3pm and wanted a coffee and a doughnut, since the name has doughnut in it thell have doughnuts right? Wrong they were out of doughnuts at 3pm. Are you kidding me??? Second the staff could care less that i was standing at the counter. They have attitude issues there. Place just sucks all i can say. Also good luck getting a bagel after 8am thell be out of those too. Stay away. Goto Tim Hortons instead, maybe frozen dough but at least they have doughnuts

Worst dunkin donuts I’ve been to. There were no other customers in the store(and after my experience I now know why) but the cashier still did not greet me with a hello or good morning even after I greeted her. I ordered a large coffee and croissant with bacon and cheese. She questioned my sandwich order because I assume it was difficult for her to ring up. I received my coffee relatively promptly after paying but they forgot to make my sandwich until I asked them, I assume because of drive thru customers as there were still none in the store. Will not be back to this location.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with some friends. Was greeted by a girl mopping the floors and waited at the counter while another worker was doing dishes.(7 minutes later) I finally said hello I’m ready to order. The girl mopping finally came and washed her hands to assist me. I ordered two donuts and asked her about a Oreo vanilla bean drink but the other worker said she couldn’t make it. So I said I guess I wouldn’t get it then. A couple seconds later she changed her mind. Now I sat there and watched her make this drink. First slowly grabbing a vitamin container and putting some ice in it. Then crushed it. Added some more ice, then crushed it. Once she had about a cup full she poured the Oreo mix in it. What the heck? It tasted disgusting and took so long to make I sat down and waited during the process. This place needs a lot of work. Poorly managed. Will not be back.

Worst establishment on Southfield road. Have tried to go back a few times after an initially horrific experience but am unable to communicate effectively with anybody that works there. I like the Baskin Robbins smoothies, so I went through the drivethru to order one and I had to tell them what I wanted through the intercom 4 times. Finally it sounded like worker got it so I pulled up to the window, sat there for 10 minutes and was not greeted or acknowledged in any way before I just had to drive off as I was about to be late for work. This is the 2nd time in the past couple months I have had this exact experience. I will never go back to this location for anything again as long as I live in the area.

Ok so I’m updating this review because I come here at least 2 times a week. This used to be my favorite dunkin donuts location but everytime I go there my experience gets worse and worse! At first I was like, maybe it’s just one of those days… But the past 6 – 7 I’ve gone I have literally have had to walk them through on how to make my drink! The service is super slow even when you are the only one in line. The employees are more occupied with the drive through then the customers that walk in. The employees are always new. I used to know everyone that worked there and now I get someone who just got hired every time and they don’t know how to make anything. I’m just very frustrated with this location now. I come here because it’s so close to my place. This location used to be great and friendly. The employee are always snapping at each other and very unprofessional. It’s ridiculous
