I will never purchase anything from this McDonalds ever again. After ordering a kids meal with 6 pc nuggets, we made the mistake of not checking our order before leaving. Once we began to drive away we open the container only to find out that instead of nuggets we were given 2 pieces of sausage. Yes, just sausage! We go back to the McDonalds to tell Khadijah, the woman at the register, what happened and when we hand her the box she asks, «Oh, is that sausage?» Yes Khadijah it is! From the beginning the customer service at this McDonalds was abysmal and I should have read the other reviews before placing an order there. Unacceptable! I will not be going to this McDonalds ever again. This McDonalds needs a renovation and their workers need tips on how to interact with customers.

Welcome to the absolute worst McDonald’s in the state of Massachusetts. The staff is incompetent both behind the register and in the kitchen. Don’t EVER leave this establishment without checking your order because you’ll more than likely be pissed off they got the order wrong. It is highly recommended that you use the drive thru because not only is it always quicker than going inside(which is ironic), the atmosphere inside is very unwelcoming. You’ll encounter lots of people loitering, someone begging you for change, or people just acting rude. This McDonald’s is always a last resort for me. I’ve never been satisfied with an order from this location.

This McDonald’s has so many issues I don’t even know where to begin. The staff(including managers) are extremely rude or look like they’d rather be somewhere else. The lines are ridiculous and they usually forget something from your order or get something wrong. When people start complaining about their service, the staff talk back! Recently, they put locks on the bathroom and the only way to get in is to buy something. I understand this rule due to the amount of crackheads that walk in there freely but not everyone knows that. One customer asked to use the bathroom and the cleaning lady AND manager yelled at him. I thought it was so unprofessional to yell at a customer who wasn’t yelling at you at all! And then to keep going on with the argument even after he left was just ridiculous. The drive thru is easier to deal with because they process people a lot quicker than in the actual establishment. I think new management AND a new crew would be helpful!

Yo I just walked in the McDonalds and they are not serving any breakfast in the morning time??? are you kidding me??? 6: 00 in the morning and don’t have any breakfast food only have orange juice and hash browns and coffee and had the nerve to still charge people for something that they were forced to eat this would never happen in a suburban McDonalds in wtf!!!

Went here today and they did a bang up job. My order was seemingly simple, but ordering at the drive through in some places — with some special requests — is a crapshoot, and at best, requires that you repeat yourself a billion times and accept that your order may not be entirely correct. So, I just got a hamburger(hold the mustard) and an iced tea(light on the ice with three Splenda on the side) but the service was super quick, didn’t have to repeat myself, the order was perfect, and all accoutrements were included(although I did check, just in case). 250 calories later, I was not cranky anymore.
