Terrible Service waited almost 15 to 30 min to order. This place suppost to be a fast food place. IfI knew it was gonna take this long I should have eaten at a diner. It took 3 staff to fix a mistake in an order instead of one staff. The staff pretty much just ignored me like I’m just standing around. They ‘re also playing gangster music. This place needs new staff.

Have been coming to this chain for years… low price for ok quality Asian foods is their calling… the main thing is that they are 24/7…chicken meats are not of high quality, beef is very fatty unless you pay extra to order the steak… too much cabbages in the mixed vegetable, but it is open 24 hours… I like it in the past when they had coupon… now their price is not low anymore – simply it is reasonably priced… go here only as a late night no option…

The customer service here is okay, and the food comes out fast. Parking is horrible! They don’t seem to clean their tables often, so you kinda have to do it yourself since all the workers seem to be busy.

The portions have become smaller but it’s still a beef bowl. Like all yoshinoya’s don’t expect stellar service. The counter people all seem like they have something better to do or somewhere better to go. I can say that during my last visit, though, the guy at the drive up window was really cool and we actually chatted while he was waiting for my order. The drive through is a plus, but the idiots driving through the neighborhood aren’t. They’re open late and even holidays, so if you have to get your meat, veggies and rice grub on, you can do it here…

In the food justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the customers, who consume food; and the restaurants, who try to sell BS to customers. This is one of their stories. Usually I’m all about Yoshinoya. Their selection of bowl dishes are pretty awesome, but after my visit last night, I’m going to boycott Yoshinoya for a while. I waited on the drive-thru for about 25 minutes(Why? I gotta have that Beef Bowl, DON’T JUDGEME) then when I got to the order machine, the person asked me to wait then after about 4 minutes of idle time no one said anything so I drove straight to the window when the worker straight up asks me «Did you order?» I replied with«No, because no one said anything at the machine.» She responded with«Well do you want to order anything?» without looking or sounding apologetic at all. At this point I’ve had enough and I replied with«Absolutely not» then she turned around and walked away. This is the point where I drove away and turn around into their parking lot. I parked and called them asking for the manager and he apologized because the dining room is pretty busy, I called him out by telling him there are three people in the dining room and I’m literally sitting in the parking lot looking inside. Then he spouted a bunch of excuses about how their drive-thru was very busy(No kidding Sherlock, I was there) and I walked in there and ordered just to see the reaction of the workers and of course they look clueless. One of the cashiers was trying to give me an excuse that their headphones aren’t working well. I mean, if your headphone is working as well as Kobe’s shots in the last 5 games, shouldn’t you get it replaced? But that’s none of my business. I’ve been going to this Yoshinoya for 10+ years but I’m gonna stop for now. I’d rather die than go through this experience again. I’m still giving them 2 stars just because I like their food. Until next time, may justice prevail.

After a long day me and my be decided to come eat at this specific location. I was too tired to go inside so I went thru the drive thru… It was Tuesday night. The worker was completely rude to us. If I knew her name I would have put her in here. But she has long hair and is just completely manner less. Please choose your employees wisely!

I don’t go to Yoshinoya often. I haven’t been in one for like 5 years. But craved it all of a sudden and went on the way home. I don’t know if I can eat it often, but definitely once in a while it is good. The only thing is this place is really ghetto and kind of dark. I wouldn’t recommend my mother or girfriend to go here alone. It just looks shady. Inside the workers are kind of dirty, have greasy hair, and their clothes are all hanging from their body. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do not wash their hand, type of look. Anyways the food was good tho. I enjoyed it, I wish someone would make a Yoshinoya for a higher class.

This was the single most disgusting food I have ever had in my entire life!!! It tasted like it was reheated FAT! I took one bite and said NOPE can’t do it! I know it’s yoshinoya, Im not expecting a five star restaurant, but this is seriously the most vile food ever! A homeless person would puke.

I used to eat here regularly and it used to be good. After a few years, I noticed their meats tasted different and by different I mean they tasted undercooked. Yesterday, my boyfriend ordered a large beef bowl. 4 hours later, his stomach starts hurting and he starts vomiting practically his whole meal. He didn’t eat anything else that day. Ended up going to the ER after he passed out and diagnosed it as food poisoning. Please be careful and check your food before you eat here.

I’ve gone to the Yoshinoya Drive thru located on Colima Road in Rowland Heights twice already. During the past two times I have ordered the combo beef/chicken. What I got was very unappetizing. It seemed like they just dumped everything in the box. It’s almost like slop that you would feed a pig. Several other locations that I have gone to always made their combo very appetizing like what you see on the menu board. This place mixed everything together so some of your chicken is underneath the beef, the veggies are over the box. Don’t they know presentation is 50% in selling a product? I am not even sure they cooked the chicken like they are supposed to. The chicken skin is all hard and crusty like they re-cooked the chicken. I will never go back to that particular branch again. mw

It’s fast food Japanese, which is what my husband and I kept telling each other. But it was pretty good for it being fast food! They give you pretty decent portion sizing and I would say the pricing is average. It was about $ 5 for a «regular» size bowl. I would say the rice is what you would expect, regular rice. While the meat surprisingly was better than I expected it to be. I ordered an orange chicken bowl and my husband ordered a beef bowl. The chicken had a small kick and the beef was seasoned pretty well. I would just say the veggies were a little lack luster though and they give you a lot of cabbage on the side and not much of the other veggies. We also ordered some spring rolls, and those are okay. I would most likely still order some again, but they weren’t anything special. The inside of the restaurant was not the nicest, but not terrible. It looked like it could use an update, but this Yoshinoya is open 24 hours so I assume it gets a lot of wear and tear. One thing we experienced that was on the down side, was a guy in the restaurant asking people for money, and also asked my husband if he could use his cell phone. Not something I want to experience, but I understand this isn’t always something restaurants can control.

since yoshinoya is a franchise, you would think its the same everywhere you go. but this yoshinoya is better than the other 3 – 4 i have been to. weird right? they give you a good portion of meat and vegetable in relation to your rice. its also healthy compared to the surrounding restaurants and typical fast food joints. and they give you a good amount of ginger when you ask for it. just be frank. «can i have a lot of ginger please? like. a lot.» then you won’t have any problems. i always go through the drive through and use the coupons they send to my house so i can’t comment on the cleanliness of seating inside. i’ve also never had a problem with the service. i talk to the screen and then the lady gives me my food. i smile. she smiles. i give her cash. and she gives me the receipt. i say thanks and drive away. sweet deals.

I eat at Yoshinoya a lot. This is the first Review I am writing about them though. And its a Positive review. Everything at this particular site taste GOOD. The teriyaki sause on the chicken taste like it should. Nothing overpowering. And their Clam Chowder is excellent and to the right thickness consistency. Looks to me like they did a recent remodel and are still going through some slight changes. Service here is good. The manager cares and makes every effort to satisfy your needs.

$ 23.71: first time here, got 4 kids meals, and a large chicken teriyaki bowl to share. From order to meal it took about 10 min in the drive thru. Each meal was neatly packed. The cashier was courteous and efficient. We have about a 7min drive home so update on food quality to come.

Sometimes a combo bowl just does the trick. Of course, when it’s 3am, and taco bell, tacos or burgers are not preferred, there’s always good olé Yoshi’s. This one is 24⁄7 and a butt saver. As for food and service. it’s the same. just blah.

2015 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 19⁄100 I got food cause i was hungry around 11pm. I know I know, eating late is bad for you. This was pretty bad though. I got the beef and vegetables option, the veggies taste really strange, and the rice is pretty dry. The beef you can buy a whole pack of for 5 $, the same cost of the entire beef bowl, and make it way better at home yourself. The person at the drive through window looked extremely bored and muttered too.
