Okay, the food is amazing obviously. I called to place a to go order and 5 seconds after the man asked me what I would like to order, rudely interrupted me saying«I’m gonna put you on hold for a sec» . Anyways… No big deal yet cause they are probably busy during lunch hours. I walked in to pay and pickup my food… This is the second time I walk in with the new RUDE old man at the counter and he SLAMMED the bag on the counter, SLAMMED. My boyfriend even noticed it. I used to love this location but so long as he works there, and I’m paying MONEY, this is not the customer service I deserve. I will go out of my way to another location. 3 stars for food quality.

Girls behind the counter were unfriendly and acted like they were annoyed with their job. Girl told us there was not an option for 20 wings only for 24, then I pointed out on the menu that there was an option for that. Then when I asked her what sauce was the closest to medium she said. «Hot or mild. I don’t know«. She took out order and we waited for about 10 mins when food was ready girl looked at us and told us to come get our food.(Even Wendy’s brings you your food to the table, and no she wasn’t busy) the order was wrong and we nicely told them it was wrong and repeated what it was supposed to be. Manager then came out and called our name and said that was our order. Explained that was not our order and not what we ordered. Manager then said well it will be 20 mins, I then said well it didn’t take 20 mins to get these are we going to be out at bottom of list? Manager came out with our correct order of 20 boneless wings less then a minute later. So that was good. Our wings tasted like they were naked with no rub and the ones that did have sauce were way too saucy. Fries were awesome. We won’t be coming back. I do not recommend until they get happier employees. Seemed as if it was a drag we were there.

Service is shit. Placed an order online, got there early. was greeted rudely and stared at by some old rude man. 10 minutes after pickup time I asked if it was ready, it had been sitting there. Got home, order was wrong. Called the manager who was rude, had to go back to get the order where they had to look for my order for 5 minutes before realizing it was on the counter.

I always carry out from Wingstop, so I am not sure how the ambiance or service is when dining in the store. We usually order online, but they are nice on the phone as well. We usually order mild, hickory smoked BBQ, and Louisiana rub wings. Ranch is amazing! The rolls are also very good. The beans were not for me… I’m always happy with our to go orders. Fries are great, but they do have this special seasoning blend which is slightly sweet so that may come as a surprise. Ask for no seasoning or light seasoning if you’re unsure about it. Sometimes if we’re cooking burgers at home, I’ll order just a large fry for carry out. They have it ready in five minutes and no one scoffs at you for ordering just fries. They also offer wing specials on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Prices go up… quality of food completely down. So sad!!! The wings are no longer as good as they were. I get they went to this whole«big wing» thing but their quality went really bad because of it.

This is my go-to place for wings in a hurry. The quality is quite good, wide variety of flavors, and they are super fast. I usually place my order online and go pick it up because it’s so close to where I live. I’ve never been disappointed with the food.

Wings were good but the place is infested with gnats. Spent almost $ 50 here feeding my family and lost my appetite as soon as the food hit the table. Spent more time swatting away dozens of gnats than eating my food. Will always remember this experience.

I loved going to this wing stop! The food was good. I called in didn’t get my wings in 18mins as she said. Did not ask me my name. She was very rude!!! My food sat on the side for about an extra 10 minutes fries were cold! The coustmer service at night was always wonderful! I don’t know what happened. Very slouchy woman working at the counter with no coustmer service experiance at all!!! I wont be visiting for awhile!!!

Ordered the mango habanero and original spicy wings bone in. The original had way too much vinegar. The mango habanero was 4 star spicy but was not spicy. It lacked any kind of flavor and was just sweet.

I haven’t been to a Wingstop in a about 12 years so when I came here from out of town I decided to give it a try. Service was pretty good but there are no servers and you have to go to the counter for refills– not a problem. I usually judge wings on two primary characteristics– flavor of the sauce and quality of the meat. Meat quality was good but sauces were just ok. My favorite used to be there lemon pepper flavor but it wasn’t as good as I remembered. I also tried the original hot and while it was ok I thought the hot flavor at Buffalo Wild Wings was better. I love wings and feel I am a pretty good judge of quality. Bottom line, I would come back to Wingstop but it wouldn’t be my first choice for wings.

The wings are alright, but nothing special. I’d prefer a little crispier and hotter like the style of Pluckers. The batter on the boneless wings is also really salty and not that flavorful for classic buffalo style sauce. On the second visit I ordered regular wings not boneless and these were better. I will try some of the other sauces next time.

Update: OK, I’m forced to move this up to five stars. Sure, it’s normally four-star: good but not write-home good. But I always say it’s when things go wrong that you get the real measure of a service. Today, I messed up my order. I recited it far too fast(fourty boneless, ten each of four flavors), I was asked to repeat it, and I said«ten hawaiian, ten garlic…» and so on, which she repeated back. But I think I *didn’t* repeat the initial«fourty boneless…». So I got 40 boned. Manager made it good out of their own pocket, added more boneless too, and waved away my apologies with a smile, even though it was very obviously my fault for not being clear, and not checking. Many places have given me far worse service even when I did everything right!

This is my favorite place to get wings and I’ve been coming here for over 12 years, but it’s definitely a personal preference. I prefer to eat wings that are a little more on the crispier side. I have ordered wings from all the wing shops and restaurants around town, and most of them just taste too fatty or too undercooked to me. I prefer wings that have fried all the skin to a crisp before being tossed in the glaze. Though their wings are not as large, it’s also reflected in their price, so it’s a fair deal to me. My husband, though he likes Plucker’s and Buffalo Wild Wings’ plumper and meatier wings better, lets me choose to come here because of the Mango Habanero and Lousiana Rub. The joint is small, but I like it. There’s 5 – 6 tables and can get packed pretty quickly during after-work hours, but most people come in for take-out anyway. The staff is probably the place’s weakest link. Like previous reviews, their customer service is below average. As often as we come in, I don’t recall ever seeing the same staff member twice. The past few times, we didn’t have time to wait(since we come in for a quick bite on the drive home from work and on our way to pick up the little one from daycare). So, we started calling in our order while we’re on the road and it’s ready for us to sit down and eat when we get there. I don’t know if they condone us ordering take-out and eat it there, but they’ve not had a problem with us doing it yet.

Wingstop is exactly what it sounds like! You want to grab some wings for dinner or party this is the spot! With 10 different flavors and the occasional seasonal added you can usually mix and match! Fries are old school fresh cut but delicious and a great add on with wings! Family packs from 30 – 50 wings make ordering easy for groups. Monday’s and Tuesday’s are .60 boneless wings a la carte. The only reason I withhold one star is the people aren’t always the most friendly and the stop in the name means you will stop everything you’re doing for 12 – 15 minutes while you wait for your order. On a positive note they are made fresh! Definitely a nice«wing stop» to add to your regular rotation!

Good wings. Good choice of sauce. Customer service is below average. Before I share my experiences let me briefly set the scene for you. These locations are very small. Don’t come here if there are more than 5 of y’all. The occupancy sign says 75 so as you can imagine, you have people occupying ALLAH of the tables, then you have an unorganized line attempting to form behind the register to pick up to go orders. It’s jam packed. This review is based off the two times I’ve ordered to go from this location. The first time, I ordered a boneless wing combo online. It was ready on time. I got back to my place and opened the box and low and behold: wings with bones! Definitely not what I ordered. I checked my online order to make sure I didn’t mistakenly order it like that… And. I didn’t. They messed it up. I called them and a manager offered to give me my same exact order for free if I came in again that week. I agreed, and went back later that week and the order was correct. The second experience with them was terrible. I placed my order online, the website said my order would be ready at a specific time. So I arrive in Wingstop 1 minutes after said time. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged due to the fact that two couples were standing in line before me, but I was also told to have a seat because«my order wasn’t ready». I found this to be odd because it only takes them about 15 minutes to make an order. By the time I was handed my bag, 32 minutes had elapsed from the time that they were supposed to be ready. My advice: don’t order to go if you dont have any cushion time to spare because they may mess you order up or take 3x the amount of time to cook it. If you do go, try the mango habanero and atomic hot flavors. The fries are great as well, I usually get mine with a side of cheese sauce. They also sell beer by the bottle.

Food is great but the women who work there are kind of rude to me each time I go in. However maybe it’s just hot in there and they want to leave. That’s why I don’t eat there. Always hot and crowded.

Food is great but it’s 83 degrees in the restaurant. I asked to lower the temperature and employee said he can’t. Corporate has the AC locked out and it’s set on 73 but thermostat shows 83. I will not be returning. I’m sure the poor employees are sweating their tails off in the back. I was sweating just trying to eat my meal.

We ordered two 6 wing boneless combos, came with fries and a drink and 2 different sauces. My wife went for 2 tame sauces I went with the Cajun and the Cajun rub… we didn’t really care for any of them, the fries were so so. This is the second Wing Stop we’ve tried, the other was in Rosenberg, not too impressed so far.

Best French fries around – with extra ranch to dip ‘em in!!! BUT…You know what I hate about Wingstop? I hate the smell of the wings. Seriously, the grease smell KILLS me. I love the way they taste – I always get the parm wings w/bones…and they ROCK. They just STINK!!! blech Anyhoo…It’s a wing joint… they got good wings. Try it out.
