Pretty mediocre. Didn’t hate it, certainly didn’t love it. Huge slices of pizza, I was full with half a slice and a salad.

Boyfriend was excited to get Brooklyn pizza but I guess we were expecting more. I can only say it was ehhh. Taste was as other pizza establishments. Staff were polite and did their job, good music playing and nice to see the guy tossing the dough in the air and dancing to the beat of the music. Knots were good and recommend them. Cheesecake slices are large and good as well. Caesar salad was a nice size for two and the dressing was very good.

The only pizza place I will go to from now on. Pizza is fantastic, fresh ingredients, tastes amazing. They’re always playing good music and the employees seem to make the place feel good and fun. Overall a great pizza place if you’re looking for something not in the ordinary. Some of the employees also toss dough which is always fun to watch and great for kids to sit eat good pizza and marvel at. Will recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for good pizza and a cool shop.

Great for giant slices, too pricey for a whole pizza. Pizza by the slice is only served before 5pm.

Looked up the menu online and decided too get my familys order together. I get to their store only too find out the online menu is wrong. I can’t get a big slice after 5 but there is no time online. Then the lady at the counter was rude and short with my wife and i. I can honestly say I won’t be back and I have had better service at McDonalds.

The pizza was good, but the young girl behind the counter seemed a bit rude & rushed to get my order taken. However thank God the pizza was good because I loved it so much that I went back two days later. My second time here a guy took my order he was very nice & sweet, the pizza was very good the 2nd time around too! Right under $ 6 for pepperoni & jalapeños

It’s pizza, that’s a plus. I definitely liked this better than frozen pizza at the supermarket, but I am from New Jersey and I have had Brooklyn pizza. Needless to say this pizza is not Brooklyn pizza, the pizza is oily, doesn’t taste cooked all the way, and is way overpriced.

Never again! I visited this location maybe 6 – 8 months ago and really enjoyed it. It’s very close to my apartment so it’s super convenient. Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to visit again since our normal spot is kinda far away… big mistake. We ordered a medium pepperoni and sundried tomato pizza to go. We had to wait a a little while due to it being pretty crowded, no big deal. When we got home with the pizza and bit into it, the sundried tomato was so burnt that it was like taffy. It was so badly burnt even under the cheese that we couldn’t just pull off the bad pieces. The cheese congealed around it and was just all around awful. We ultimately ended up just eating the crust, which wasn’t great but nothing to complain about. Definitely not returning here any time soon.

Horrible service. Told staff would wait outside and they didn’t bother to tell us pizza was ready even though person who took our order came and cleaned table next to us. When we did get pizza was cold and greasy. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her personal phone call to get my cold pizza when I went in after 45 min to ask what was taking so long. Avoid at all cost.

Holy crap… This place is crap. I spent my high school years in Georgetown where the first Brooklyn pie co used to be. We loved it! Would skip school to go have lunch there and ordered all the time for our Friday and Saturday night get togethers. When it moved to round rock, we still made the treck to eat there. It’s been almost 3 years since I was last there and the food we recently got there is a sad representation of what I remember. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them twice in the last 2 months. Poor poor showing The dough is dry and lacks flavor. It’s covered, seriously covered in flour. Both times the pizza was very sloppily assembled and due to cheese spilling all over it cause a considerable amount of burning from during the cooking process. Sauce was discussing. As far from fresh as I’ve ever tasted. Seriously, Pizza Hut and dominos sauce tastes better. It just doesn’t fit the style of pizza, it has a strange sweet flavor and contains too much oregano. Cheap choice of cheese. Doesn’t cook properly and requires too long of cooking which adds more to overcooking the dough. I won’t waste your time discussing toppings as I feel that if they can’t properly make a cheese pizza, anything else would be just as bad.

I love this place… I stopped here and the salad was super fresh and the Giant Pizza… well there are no words… the staff seems really nice even though they always looked swamped…

I has the WORST customer service experience today at this place. The cashier was RUDE! She behaved as though she hated her job! No eye contact, poor communication and basically told me that IF I wanted a pizza from them, that the wait would be more than 30 minutes so that I might as well go somewhere else… OMG!!! Who says that to a customer!!! Unbelievable! I will never return to this place. The worst part was my son was really hungry and he was in tears! We ended up eating next door at Texas Steak Out all organic burgers. It was good but a bit pricey.

:\ We ordered a pizza for lunch at the office. My boss called in it, so I can’t speak for the phone interaction but when I walked in to pick up the pizza… I can’t recall the last time I walked into an establishment whose staff cared so little about a customer. You’d think I’d inconvenienced them by buying a pizza. Not a single word was said to me other than the price of the pizza. Not a single word. The place was empty, dark, and cold(how is it cold with that big pizza oven in there?). The pizza was ok. We ordered double meat. If that was double meat, what does regular meat look like??? There was sauce all around the edge except for the middle of the pizza. Weird. The crust was delicious and buttery. Don’t know if I’ll ever go to this location again. Their recipes seem to be good so I imagine their other locations are excellent.

Stopped in for a late lunch to-go, we got a couple of slices, some garlic bread knots. Slices are huge, typical reheating process, like Nikki’s pizza, but Nikki’s is a little cheaper, but Brooklyn has more whole pie and topping options. Although a pricey pizza place never works for me, flour, yeast, water, and toppings are just never falling off because there are not that plentiful, if your are craving that New York style pizza, they can soothe your fix, service can be hit or miss, which is the reason for taking a star. And not a lot of room to eat in, if your planning a meal.

Sitting here at lunchtime. Ordered the special. ½ salad ½ slice and a drink. Big salad with fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Lots of variety like black olives mushrooms onions peppers croutons tomatoes and cheese. The slice… generous proportion(I upped to full slice). Took a couple of minutes on the slice. But it is good! Hot thin and crispy with enough sauce and cheese to make it satisfying. Shortcomings. .very few. Disinterested staff and no other options for slice ingredients. Nothing but cheese and pepper shakers in the seating area. Minor issues really. Otherwise High marks…

This place has the potential to be a really good pizza joint. But I feel the staff was a little rude. To start, they never answered their phone so we could place an order which is ironic given that the place is primarily take out. Second, the pizzas we ordered were a bit under cooked. The crust was nearly perfect. The toppings were a little mushy from under cooking. I will give this place one more shot because I liked their crust.

We went here last night for dinner and it was a great experience. Walking in the staff greeted us and prompted is to the menu. All very helpful and friendly. We ordered 2 small cheese pizzas for the kiddos and a medium for me and my boyfriend. When I asked the kids on a scale of 1 – 10 what they have it and both said 10! There wasn’t much room inside to sit but the outside looked nice. It was too chilly to sit outside so we found a place at a bar top seating along the windows. For desert we tried the baclava. None of us had ever had it before and were feeing on the spirit of trying new things, we went for it. Very, very tasty! Definitely coming back :)

We saw this place as we were going to another place to eat. Decided to stop in and give it a try… we’re so bored with the HUGE chain pizza shops. We got the #8, and was very impressed. The dough is very good, the sauce seems very simple, toppings were fresh… and the sausage is AMAZING. We also ordered a caprese salad, and although we’re used to having a balsamic drizzle over it, a little olive oil, salt and pepper is JUSTFINE. The folks who work here seem interested in making a good product, and we couldnt be more happy. This is our«go to» place for pizza. Thanks guys, you’re awesome!!!

Not that greasy + huge slice for a couple bucks?! Love it! The place is really small, but it’s a fun grab quick to eat type of place! The pizzas are expensive if you get the whole ones, I’ll stick with the slice!
