I heard there was new management, but I really haven’t seen any changes. The drive thru has been broken for well over 2 months and the trash is always full. It still takes on average 10 minutes to get a drink once you’ve ordered. Staff who don’t know the menu or when ordering its either speaking very loudly into the microphone or what feels like is whispering. I take the extra 10 minute drive and go to the one on Gattis School or on 685 where its still quicker to get a drink.

This is the worst Panic that I have ever been to and it’s the closest one to me. I will always be happy to take the extra mile and spend the extra gas to go somewhere else even when gas is at an all time high the service is horrible and their slushie machine is always down it’s Sonic For Crying Out Loud the slushie machine should always work

Don’t go to this location if you want a shake or anything with ice cream. Apparently their ice cream machine is permanently broken or they’ve already cleaned the machine by 9pm and just tell everyone that.

I don’t know that they have ever gotten my order right. EVERY time it is incorrect and slow. I keep giving them chances hoping they will redeem themselves and I have come to realize that won’t happen. This is an awful Sonic :/save your money. Zero stars!!!

Food has been good but service on the other hand needs work! I’ve been there a few times and once I wasn’t offered(and wanted) ketchup. Another time what I ordered isn’t what I received. All times, the courtesy tray never came around. I don’t know if they stopped that or because they were short staffed? I was there before, during and after the lunch rush and never got checked on.

This location is alright. I’ve only been here for breakfast a few times. Service was pretty good, especially from Ciara. Seemed to be a little better once I mentioned I worked for Sonic as well haha! I do have to say the carhops do look a little sloppy. The untucked shirts just look unprofessional and gives this place lack luster. Food is average sonic food, overall good.

The menu speaker didn’t work well, so I had to literally yell into the speaker to try to ask a question and order my food. She then sounded pissed off at me for wanting to try the garlic Parmesan chicken and asking what sizes it came in. Once I got the food it was inedible with ridiculous amounts of seasoning. See the photo I posted. The«cook» has no pride in their job and a total lack of caring to produce something decent or edible. It was a blatant attempt to send out disgusting food. Not an accident. Ridiculous. Don’t go here unless you want to gamble with your taste buds and waste your money.

Mom and I are having our 2nd shake date at Sonic after dinner tonight at Chick-Fil-A. This is the spot to go for out-of-this-world shakes. I declare and recommend master shakes after dinner. We are both having Banana Cream Pie and it is awesome. Last time I had Strawberry Cheesecake and it was equally awesome. Sonic has gained my respect for its shakes, hands down one of the best tasting ones ever. I think that their fastfood section is great but not any better than my fav ones, but worth respecting nonetheless. Need to control my sugar and so I expect only a twice a month fling with my Sonic shakes.

Now I’ve come here a few times, generally this location is really busy and they tend to be understaffed. I don’t mind waiting a little but if I see a ton of cars but their order taker has to work on her customer service. I came to this location with a deaf driver and could not yell loud enough for her to hear me, so I asked for someone to come to the window to take our order. Generally as fast food is first come first serve, she refused to send someone out to the vehicle. 5 – 10 mins later I yelled down a runner and provided the paper order. This runner was great and even came out and made sure to clarify. Yes if there are a ton of customers and you are understaffed, service is hard to be great, but you cannot just ignore the customers who do not have the same accessibility as everyone else. Please address this!

This location is terrible. They’ve gotten my order wrong twice now, service is slow and the carhops don’t seem to know which order goes where since they’ve attempted to give me other people’s food a few times. I ordered an ice cream with snickers in it and there were literally maybe six pieces of candy in it? Disappointing and a waste of money.

Slow… Very very slow. There were only 7 cars here when I arrived and I’ve been waiting for an order of tutor tots and a shake for nearly 30 minutes now. It was like this the first two times as well and last time they even messes up my order and it took them another 45 minutes to fix it. I always give a place 3 chances before making a bad review.

Wow! Just continues to be a terrible location yet it’s the only close one I know of. Got an order of cheese sticks and they did not provide marinara, which is one of the best parts of getting cheese sticks and what I’m paying for. I turned around to go pick up part of my order as advertised and they’ve had me waiting for more than 5 min to get it. Now my food is going to be cold and I’ll have finished my soda by the time I get home. How disappointing Sonic. This location has horrible service.

I always appreciate Sonic and whenever I can stop in for a quick drink or snack. They do their best to accommodate you here and I have rarely had an issue with an order. The car-hops hustle and get you what you need and I can attest that the manager has even gone the extra steps to resolve the random issues when they do occur (i.e. without concern or complaint she provided me with a vanilla cone coupon since it took them extra long to get my simple drink order to me) Overall, the food is just as good as any other Sonic, but the service here makes the difference for an extra-star.

Where do I even begin… Staff: awful high school kids that are either on their way to dropping out or future managers. Food: When they don’t either overcharge you or screw your order up it is usually cold or sub-par. The place always seems to be dirty, and the young girls that work here have a nice little chip on their shoulder.

More times than I can count the order is wrong or cold. I usually come here for a snack and a drink. I mean seriously how can you mess up 2 items??? Geez… The turn around here seems pretty high too. Seems like it’s management or owner issue. So I came in 2 days ago and the girl jipped me on my change. She gave me the dollars back, but no change $.67 and I usually tip a $ 1, depending on how quick/busy service is. Well I still tipped a $ 1 and then some. but because of her I’m not tipping at the location anymore. Everyone needs to be taught basic math skills to count back change.
