This was my first and last appointment at Crew 19 salon with Portia Davis. On the day of my appointment I was seen 2 ½ hours late and she didn’t do the style I came in for. Two weeks later, my hair is loose and looks like it’s been in for 6 weeks. I asked her for a refund because I did not want her in my head again but she said she doesn’t give refunds. She said my hair looked just fine and didn’t see any problems with it. The customer service was very poor and I would not recommend anyone going to her place of business.

Great salon! I can’t say enough about it! If you’re looking for a new stylist, Christie is awesome. The salon itself is beautiful with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Great parking and location. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Reasonably priced and overall just a great place!
