Horrible experience!
I am prior military, gun enthusiast, and the owner of a well know gun tactical store.
The owner has this «I’m better then everyone else» attitude, and to be honest I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me!
I will NOT be recommending this store to any of my customers or friends anymore!

These guys definitely know their guns. Boyfriend decided to get me a gun, unsure what I wanted but they gave great advice for me, especially since my hand is very small and I wasn’t wanting too much kick. The process took less than 45 mins. So excited to join the gun owners club. We will be back for sure!

After I wrote the review, I stopped checking for a response after a week of no answer. Obviously, I took the gun to my regular gunsmith AFTER writing the review. He surprised me and generously took off the wrong sight and put the old one back on for free for a frequent customer. The expected minimum cost was exactly what I itemized and what I had been prepared to pay when I took the gun to him. I offered several times to pay him. Your innuendo that I wasn’t being honest about the costs is flat out insulting. If you are going to snoop into other people’s business, you should at least get all the facts.
Yes, I’ve recommended multiple people to the store in the past. I support and promote good local businesses when I can. Any choice can backfire from time to time.
Let me see if I have the rest of this «apology» correct. We should know better than to criticize perfection; we must be mistaken. What both of us experienced simply couldn’t have happened because either nobody else has ever had an issue (not true) and that is impossible that it happened as said. Calling somebody either a fool or a liar is not exactly an apology. For future reference, the odds of mending fences goes way down when you do that.
Then, of course, there is this final line. «I am truly sorry for whatever situation transpired to make you think „AGL’s corporate values don’t include correcting their mistakes.“, and I would appreciate the opportunity to prove to you they do. …» When we both came in and explained the problem and were sent away to work it out with the manufacturer and no refund, that was your opportunity. That was the situation that transpired — no «whatever» about it. And, you can’t be «truly sorry» about something you assert didn’t happen.

Disappointed, after selling us front sight for a pistol that was the wrong part, we visited the store to bring the problem to the owners attention. He did not offer to make things right. We are out $ 30.00 and the hassle. Too many other gun shops to shop at to put up with this.

I decided to stop in here because I was interested. I walked in the door and I didn’t get a hello, how are you, screw you, nothing. No greeting, and they didn’t ask if I needed help at any point in time. I was very disappointed! I saw others walk in and they got a hello how are you, how can I help you, or what can I do for you. I will not return where people are rude. I don’t know if it’s because I am a female or what but I didn’t appreciate how I was treated or lack there of!

Once again, Scott treated my great. My latest purchase came after being on a waiting list for more inventory. The price was competitive and Scott was again lots of fun.

Great buying experience. Amid all the talks on gun bans, they still had a very wide selection with very good prices. I was helped immediately even though the store was teaming with customers.
Highly recommend this to future consumers.

Scott is a super nice guy who is a managing partner or owner of the shop. His guns are very reasonably priced and accessories are fairly reasonable, his background checking is computerized so there is no 30 minute transaction it can be as fast as 15 minutes. He has a very good selection of specialized guns such as AR’s, AK’s, and Tactical Shot Guns.

Stopped by to look at tactical cases. Staff was extremely helpful and we discussed pros and cons of each.
Saw a couple other items in the store that I wanted and will pass by in a few weeks to pick them.
Store carries a surprising amount of inventory for being small. Prices are moderate with some items being well priced and some average. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt they were pushing product.
Dog was pleasant and well behaved.

My favorite gun store in the area. Great service, no push to sell you something more expensive, fair prices — I always get honest answers to my questions. Oh, and Cody (the dog) loves to chase laser sights!

I like the fact that if I wake up and want a gun, its only two blocks from the house. The prices are pretty average seeing as there isnt a huge markup on guns. They make money on ammo and accessories.

Great store, great selection, very helpful staff. I also found the dog pleasant.
