What a nice, brand new and clean nail salon! I’ve been waiting for a new place to open up and they wow’d me! Love the service here and all of the nail polish color options they offer! Nail heaven! Thai is a great manicurist/pedi guy:)(I hope I spelt his name correctly!)

I would give them no stars if I could! I went in yesterday because my regular salon was booked and this place is closer to my house, so I decided to give them a try… big mistake!!! I made an appointment for 5:45 and I didn’t really have to wait when I arrived. A young man took me to his chair and when I asked for the SNS colors, he tossed the color samples at me… why not just hand them to me?! So I went in for an SNS fill and he ended up taking my nails off and filing my natural nail and wanted to put SNS on my natural nail when I specifically wanted the tips on there because my natural nail is nonexistent! He seemed very annoyed because putting the nails on would mean more work for him, so he was literally throwing the nails on the floor when he was trying to find the right fit for my nail beds. He called over I’m assuming the owner and was speaking in their language which made me uncomfortable because I could obviously tell the nail technician was mad that I wanted my nails that I’m going to pay for my way. I told the owner what I wanted and the nail technician continued on. Not once did he talk to me or make conversation; so unpleasant! Meanwhile I’m looking around at all the other employees talking to their customers and being nice. Look if you don’t like your job don’t work there. He also did POORLY on my nails!!! They are all scuffed up, not shiny, peeling and look completely unfinished… VERYPOORQUALITY!!! Not to mention I just got them last night… not even a day old! I will not recommend them to anyone I know and I will never go back even if I have no other options! Complete waste of time and money!!! I wish I could get a refund or the owner could fix the bad nail job!

Stopped into this place randomly and was pleasantly surprised! Super clean with a really friendly staff. It was a great price for what they did(gave 20% off M-TH). I got in with out an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. I would definitely go back… so great to find good places all over town.

Nina is amazing! Unfortunately, she had a family emergency and hasn’t been back yet. Does anyone else know where to get coffin nails done? I’m so bummed!

Nina and Ricky are great! I came from Houston area looking for a new salon. I have tried out a few others in the area, but quality of work done with the gel polish has outlasted all! I enjoy it here and would recommend. I also had a pedicure with my boyfriend and even though I felt embarrassed of the shape Of my feet, they made me feel very comfortable.

Today was my 3rd and last visit to this salon. My first visit was a good experience. Second visit the nail technician was too rough with the buffer and made me bleed. It took a week for the sores to heal. Today I decided to try one more time and wanted to give SNS a shot. Dumb idea! They made me bleed again this time with the drill and my nails look very unfinished. The tips look jagged and have a rough feel to them. Guess I’ll be trying out a new spot.

I came here based on the reviews, which seem to mainly be based on one nail tech. I’ve been here twice now and I feel comfortable saying it’s just«meh». I’ve had two gel manicures and a pedicure. My gel manicures don’t last a full 2 weeks and I point out to the nail techs where I know my nails will chip, but they don’t do much about it. They were also a bit rough on both my hands and feet. The girl that works the front is very pleasant and there is never a long wait so it’s not a completely horrible experience.

I’ve been to this salon twice. It’s new and clean and has a nice soothing atmosphere. My first visit was great and my mani and pedi were done very well. The second time I went, just a few weeks ago, the nail tech cut my toenail too deep and I ended up having to get an ingrown toenail surgically removed. I’m very disappointed in the lack of safety. A simple pedicure ended up costing me roughly $ 300.00, days of pain and discomfort.

Was trying to find a new salon to try out so I decided to come here since it was close to my house. Came in at about 6:20(40 mins before they close) and the front receptionist told me to come back tomorrow since they had no one available when clearly I saw someone was about to be done drying their gel nails. It was obvious they just didn’t want to stay past closing time. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning. You should always take a customer even if they come in 5 mins before closing. Called studio nails right down the street and they took me right away and they also closed at 7

Being new to the area from NYC I was nervous to find a nail salon that would live up to NYC standards. I walked in at 10:15am on a Friday morning and Aroma nails was packed! I was told I could get a seat and it wouldn’t be more than 5−10minutes. They were right. I got into the pedicure chair ready to relax! I received a girl that obviously was not sure about what she was doing and for almost 20 minutes was still filing my toenails. Thankfully, Wendy came to the rescue! Wendy is absolutely fantastic! Not only was the job efficient and timely, it last 2 weeks!(with some minor chips) I was going on a long vacation so longevity was key! I am so pleased I found Wendy! My advice, if there is someone new or not sure of the procedure let the client know it’ll be a longer wait than trying this method. I almost left so upset until Wendy helped out.

Once again NINA did not disappoint! My nails she did 3 weeks prior held up beautifully but I decided to go back to her and get a different look. I wanted something a bit funky, I showed her a pic and she did exactly what I wanted once again. Not only is she a friggin nail wizard but I cannot get over how sweet and personable she is, she is the best

I stopped in to get an SNS manicure and a classic pedicure. I received great service and treatment from beginning to end. The salon was not crowded and they had options for various services. My pedi was pleasant and my manicure by Nina was great as well. Everyone was very friendly and customer service was wonderful. Both services were thorough and executed to my expectations. I’m not from Round Rock, but when I return, I’d definitely stop in to get fancied up at Aroma again.

They are only getting 3 stars because the man who did the pedicure was amazing! Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten!!! However the manicure was horrible. My nails and cuticles were torn apart. I had acrylic on and wanted them taken off before getting the gel polish. Instead of soaking them, they went and just pulled them off — it was very painful. Once the gel was put on, the manicure only lasted a few days, several days less than the pain did. I will return for a pedicure and a pedicure only — the environment is nice and the drink options they have to offer are a very sweet addition to a pedicure.

I really really want to really like this place because its so close to me! I gave it a two last time but I went back in to have a polish redo and it was a much better experience. I did not see the worker who messed up my nails so badly so maybe she is gone. I have been turned away because they are too busy once but for the most part I like it for a basic nail job. It’s not the most spa like but the owners are fun and nice.

I have been here 3 times — two pedicures and one mani. The pedis were both on a Friday around 5:30pm, and they were busy but I didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes. The first pedi was great. Décor was very simplistic with modern touches. They have two big screen TVs showing the same thing: travel locations. Which is relaxing and I much prefer that over a news station or talk show. The music is pretty cheesy and annoying(oldies) but at least it wasn’t too loud. My next time there I got another pedi and they used what looked like a regular sized cheese grater on my heels! I’ve had lots of pedis and have never seen that tool before. It left my heels a little scratchy. :-/ For my 3rd visit there I got a mani, on a Sunday afternoon. There was a fussy baby being held by a woman who was not a customer… I’m guessing it was the wife of an employee. It didn’t bother me, but what was annoying was another employee watching a video or something fairly loud on a small device, and yet another employee playing a game with guns very loudly on his phone! Get some headphones, people! I was so ready to get out of there. Not relaxing at all. But the mani was excellent and lasted over a week. I will return, but probably not on a Sunday again.

I really enjoyed my pedicure. The salon looks very clean. There isnt much décor, but as they say less is better. I appreciate that they use plastic liners in their pedi tubs as well as disposable files, buffers, and pumice bars.

I went over the weekend for a mani & pedi. Very clean/sanitized, which is the most important thing in my book, and the staff was very friendly and talkative. I appreciated the fact that they engaged and educated me on a few questions I had about getting my nails(sns) done. It looks like they are working without being fully staffed and still waiting on products but they were trying their best without sacrificing quality to accommodate everyone, At least while I was there. Good customer service and the sanitary environment is the reason I gave them 5 stars.
