Best locksmith experience ever.
My situation sounds pretty much identical to Melissa L’s review; I had a «smartkey» deadbolt that is apparently prone to failure… and fail it did. Eric met me, on a rainy Saturday, with a better replacement. Prompt service, and reasonable price.

They exceeded my expectations. Our door knob suddenly locked and wouldn’t unlock no matter what we tried. A&E came out, installed the new door knob and recommended a more secure set that wouldn’t break as easily. The one we had was already less likely to get bumped but it was still prone to breakage. And then they took the initiative to check our front door and the lock was faulty and they fixed that one! I can see why they they have these other 5 star ratings. They are professional, get the job done, provide valuable information and in my case, exceeded our expectations.

One of my dogs managed to lock me out on a cold, rainy Sunday afternoon. A&E Locksmiths came to my rescue!
They arrived within the estimated time they gave me and were able to get me back in fairly quickly.
They did break my lock, but that’s because I have one of those smart locks which typically get broken when a locksmith has to do work on it. They put in a new one and were super efficient and professional.
I hope I never have to call them again, but if I’m ever in the same situation, they’d be the first place I’d contact.

I recommend this company, 110%!!! 2 day’s ago and found myself in a situation where i needed to have the locks changed in my home IMMEDIATELY. I googled locksmiths and found A&E. Eric was at my home in 15 mins, 5 locks were changed, and he handed me my new keys 20 mins later. Most importantly, Eric was professional and kind.
