They took over my apartment complex just as I was subletting it out and was a disaster of a time getting it finally through as it took more than a month to verify my Subletter. Also I was warned by two but seperate neighbors that Mary will«lose» money orders and blame you so they warned me to keep them all untill I moved and and unfortunately I lost a few of them in the move and they got me. They claimed to have not recieved 3 of my water bills dating back almost e months. Now any regular complex would be at your door if you miss your payment but they didnt and then claimed I didnt pay the last 3 months. Make sure you do not use this company or lease from any of their properties and if you are already in one then be very cautious and keep EVERYTHING you pay towards.
