The UPS Store

Beware!
The response from the store owner is only partially accurate. However, rather than respond to her points, I want to say that after I escalated my concerns to UPS Store Corporate, I went in to the store to pick up the previously lost package, and the owner acted in an entirely unprofessional and abusive manner towards me. I felt that I was being treated in a humiliating and angry fashion by her verbal and non-​verbal assault simply for choosing to escalate my valid concerns to the corporate level. Rather than take my signature for package acceptance, she continued to berate me in front of her staff, and one of the staff members even jumped in and ganged up on me. I had no choice but caution her that I would take my package with or without providing a signature. It was only after this that the owner allowed me to sign for it, then she continued her verbal assault on me even as I was exiting the front door of her establishment.
It is my feeling that this is an unprofessional person who loses customers packages, then gets angered for pressure /​criticism from the corporate level overseeing her operation and takes it out on customers.
As long as no problems arise, she can act kind, but as soon as she makes a mistake, and you attempt to hold her accountable, be afraid — be very afraid, because she can’t handle criticism.

You come here to send something away with the UPS or USPS service.
I’ve been here many times, there pretty good at what they do.
I prefer UPS over FEDEX because, here, they do all the paperwork. Prices are competitive.
I wouldn’t use USPS here because of the up-​charge.

Super helpful and friendly staff!
I recently needed to have a document notarized for my dad. I called a couple of business service stores and found this UPS that offered notary services.
The notary was very sweet and helpful in getting my documents in order and mailed out.
The store was clean and offered desk space if needed. At the time, I was the only customer so there was no waiting. As I was leaving two customers were coming in. So, it looks like there’s a steady stream of business, though it’s not crowded.
