I went here based on reviews compared to others to have two watch batteries changed. Took less than 3 minutes for both and I was on my way. Owner is very personable, I enjoyed doing business there.

They do custom work. They listen and offer good suggestions. Really knows what he is doing and does beautiful work. I had custom work done and the set turned out amazing. Highly recommended.

I took my diamond encrusted Movado watch in for a simple battery change. After the jeweler returned from having my watch in the back for almost 15 minutes (I only asked that he replace the battery… five minute job at the most), he told me that the crown would not pull out so the time could be set. This is BS! My watch was fine until he put his hands on it. I have owned this watch for years. I know it well.
Do not go to this establishment if you value your jewelry.

Always great, individualized care from a reliable local shop. Work is always done beyond expectations and never late. From fixing watches and minor repairs on jewellery, to custom diamond work only the most professional work is performed. Would highly recommend to all looking for quality work done at a reasonable cost in a timely manor.

I would recommend this shop to everyone. I live in Los Angeles, but I’m back in Atlanta for my cousin’s wedding in 2 days. I’m horrible with my watches, always banging them on door handles when I swing my arms, so I dropped my watch, one of the many times. The watch finally had enough and the second hand fell off and was just moving around inside the watch. This was fine for a day, but then the hand got lodged and stopped the minute and hour hands from moving, which apparently can really cause problems for the watch.
I called up the shop, but received no answer. I hung up, but 2 minutes later, the gentleman called me back. He immediately told me to pull the pin on the side of the watch to stop the internal movements. I always ask price and time before I take a watch in. He said it should most likely take 10 – 15 minutes and only cost in the ballpark of $ 10 – 15.
I took the watch in less than 20 minutes later and in 10 minutes he had taken the face off, looked at the internal components to assure no damage, and then fixed the hands. He only charged $ 10.
I don’t live in this city, but I am recommending him to anyone who is anywhere nearby. He is extremely nice, honest, and knows what he is doing.

I took my mothers wedding set in, as the diamond was missing and the setting (obviously) was damaged. The diamond was replaced, the setting was repaired and he cleaned both the wedding and engagement ring SO beautifully! When I came in I almost didn’t recognize my moms set. I have had it since I was 13, and this is the most beautiful I have ever seen it. His prices are VERY reasonable, and customer service is top notch. (he also cleaning my wedding set when I was there and it sparkles like now like the day I was proposed to! I will defiantly be back, and be sending everyone I know to him!
